…
The exploration team was made up of five people, all of whom were Chinese. They were randomly selected from the MTF Red Team of the SCP Foundation's CN branch. They were numbered H1-H5, and H1 was the leader of the exploration team.
The exploration team was equipped with five 500-watt searchlights that could maintain power for seventy-two hours, two handheld video cameras, a fifty-meter-long rope, a small hydraulic clamp, and some trauma and antidotes.
Each team member was also given a backpack that contained two bottles of water, ten nutritional supplements, and ten small LED lights. In addition, each person carried a Colt pistol, an MP5 submachine gun, and a headset that could be used to communicate with the command center.
Records:
Consultant: "Are you ready?"
H1: "No problem, Consultant."
Consultant: "Remember, your mission is to rescue. If you see anyone, pick them up and run. Don't worry about anything else."
H1: "Understood."
H1 led his team through the metal door and down the first flight of stairs. Even with the 500-watt searchlights, the light could only illuminate the first few stairs. They could not see the next floor at all.
The exploration team adopted a five-man team strategy. H2 was at the front, H5 was at the back, and H1 was second in command.
They walked to the first platform.
H1: "Consultant, we found a pool of blood."
Consultant: "I saw it. Keep moving until you see something out of the ordinary."
They continued down and stopped when they reached the sixth platform.
H1: "Consultant, we heard a cry for help."
Consultant: "Please describe the sound."
H1: "It sounded like a child. It was shouting something like 'come down' or 'save me'. It was intermittent, and I couldn't hear it clearly."
Consultant: "Got it. Keep going."
H1: "Yes!"
The team continued down until they reached the twentieth platform.
H1: "Sir, I think there's something wrong with the sound. When we first heard it, it was about two hundred meters away from us. So far, we haven't gotten close to it. It's like it's following us down every step."
Consultant: "This is normal. Don't make a fuss."
He whispered to the people next to him, "Don't your team members do their homework?
Dr. █ █: You should know the rules. They haven't read any information related to SCP087 before.
Consultant: [Bullsh * t instructions. You won't have time to read them when you need them. Hey, don't hit people. What's your name? Keep going!]
H1: Yes!
He walked to the forty-eighth platform.
H1: Reporting, one of the four bloody footprints is fading.
The painting was facing down and focused. It could be seen that, just as H1 had said, there was a series of footprints that were about to disappear.
Advisor: There must be a demon behind this. Stay alert and continue to move forward.
He walked to the fifty-first platform.
