Chapter 793

Words:2022Update:22/02/09 09:57:57

Report

Su Ping left the test room and went back to the hall.

The Little Skeleton was standing in the hall. Its snow-white bones were now covered with blood lines. The Little Skeleton seemed to be evil and demonic.

Although the Little Skeleton didn't release much of its aura as usual, it was still able to sense its aura.

However, there was a faint sense of deterrence from the Little Skeleton, as if it were a king looking down on everything.

Su Ping was surprised. Was this the change after absorbing the Condensed Blood Dragon Crystal?

He cast an identification spell on the Little Skeleton. Soon, he saw that the Little Skeleton's combat strength had increased by more than 50 points. That was almost equal to the Little Skeleton's understanding of a new law.

The Little Skeleton's bloodline abilities had also increased to four.

Dragon Bone Shield:

Dragon Bone Shield. Infuse the bone with the power of the bone demon. Can be used in the White Bone Demon state!

This was actually a defensive bloodline ability.

Su Ping murmured to himself, "Can I use it when I'm possessed? In that case, I can let the Little Skeleton take care of my defense during battles."

Although he preferred offensive abilities, there were times when defense was indispensable.

Su Ping looked at the Little Skeleton. He noticed that its bones seemed to have changed. There was a dragon aura around the Little Skeleton and there were scales on some of its bones.

The dragon scales were particularly obvious on some of its finger bones.

"How do you feel?"

Su Ping patted the Little Skeleton's head and asked with a smile.

The Little Skeleton looked at Su Ping. After half a minute, it opened and closed its mouth. "Good …"

"You can talk?" Su Ping was surprised to see that the Little Skeleton was speaking the Common Tongue.

The Little Skeleton's power of understanding was quite high. After all, it had stayed in the nursing pens for a long time. Even though it had been a low-rank skeleton at the beginning, it had gradually become an ultimate pet.

However, it didn't seem to be good at languages.

"Good. I'll ask the dog and dragon to teach you how to talk in the future."

"Okay …"

Su Ping smiled and didn't stay any longer. He went to the Void Debris with the Little Skeleton, the Dark Dragon Hound, and a few other customers' pets.

Su Ping still chose that place because he wanted to accumulate more knowledge there before he reached the Fate State. If he could perceive another law of space, his bridge would be more stable and his combat ability would be doubled. That wasn't the benefit of just one law.

The first thing Su Ping did after he arrived at the Void Debris was to find some beasts to test his combat strength.

Su Ping felt that he had become stronger after absorbing the Retribution Phoenix's feather blood, but he hadn't tested exactly how strong he was, or how strong he would be after he merged with the Little Skeleton and the Dark Dragon Hound.

Su Ping dashed around in the fourth space as if he were running on land.

Su Ping was able to capture the chaotic power of laws hidden in the void. That was the benefit of having perceived the law of space.

Su Ping wouldn't have been so sensitive if it were any other law.

He searched and fought along the way. Whenever he encountered a crack, Su Ping would simply charge into it and fight in the fifth space.

Even with Su Ping's understanding and sensitivity of space, he had to be cautious in the fifth space. One careless move could cost him his life.

Also, the most dangerous thing in that place was the whispers of the ancient creatures that appeared and disappeared from time to time.

These languages were left behind by ancient creatures in the Ascendant Realm, or even beyond the Ascendant Realm, when they were talking in other spaces. Their bodies were immortal, and their languages contained extraordinary power. Even time couldn't erase them. They were stored in the deep space.

These words contained the spiritual power of these ancient creatures. They were extremely powerful, and if one wasn't careful, they could cause one to go crazy.

Fortunately, Su Ping's willpower was strong enough to fight his way out whenever he found a void beast.

Over and over again, Su Ping had gained a better understanding of his combat abilities.

The next day.

Su Ping returned to his shop. It was business as usual in the morning, but there was a Pet Contest in Woffett City that day. All of Su Ping's pets had passed the screening and had to participate in the contest.

Su Ping didn't close the shop; he simply asked Joanna and Tang Ruyan to take care of it.

Joanna would be able to take care of things even if Tang Ruyan couldn't. Nobody would dare to cause any trouble with her.

When he arrived at the venue, the judges in charge of the contest all stood up from their chairs in shock when Su Ping mentioned the Little Skeleton's name. They approached Su Ping in awe and bowed to greet him.

They didn't dare to disrespect Su Ping since he had received the news the day before.

The Little Skeleton's owner was the Star State boss.

He had even beaten up a Star State expert from the Hugh Mia Academy the day before. How would they dare to piss off such a brutal man?

Not just them; even O 'Neil, the best man on Rhea, would have to treat Su Ping with respect.

Su Ping was rendered speechless by the fact that he had been recognized the day before. He then remembered that he had exposed the Little Skeleton the day before.

Alright, he might as well lay his cards on the table and change back to his original appearance.

"The rules are to draw lots, right? Fine."

Su Ping smiled bitterly when he heard the excited cheers around him. "When will it begin?"

"Right away," said one of the judges in a fawning manner.

Whenever you say so.

Su Ping's lips twitched when he saw the judge's attitude. He once again felt the benefits of strength. Even the rules had to be broken!

Su Ping didn't intend to break the rules; he simply waited in silence.

Soon, the match began. The Little Skeleton, the Dark Dragon Hound, and the others were called to the stage one by one.

For Su Ping, participating in the selection was just a formality.

However, the following matches made Su Ping realize what it meant to be a formality.

The other contestants simply gave up when they saw the Little Skeleton and the Dark Dragon Hound, so they had to leave the stage after only one round.

In the end, the Dark Dragon Hound and the Little Skeleton bumped into each other.

Su Ping simply told the Dark Dragon Hound to give up.

There was no need to fight there. They had fought enough in the cultivation sites. Besides, the Dark Dragon Hound was no match for the Little Skeleton. It would be a waste of time and energy to put on a free show.

Besides, the audience wouldn't be able to see the show if the two of them were to fight with all their might, because the fight would definitely take place in the tertiary space.

Not many battle pets had passed the first round. Since many contestants had given up, the matches went on quickly. The week-long selection would probably be over in one day.

Su Ping yawned as he waited. It wasn't fun to watch the other battle pets fight each other.

More importantly, the battle pets were quite immature, like kids playing house.

Su Ping also saw a few battle pets that he had trained. He had some impression of them, but he wasn't satisfied with their performance. He felt that he should strengthen his training if he ran into them again.

In any case, it was nurtured by him. How could it be so wasteful?

However, while Su Ping was dissatisfied, the audience burst into cheers.

It was a pity that they couldn't see Su Ping's battle pets' performance. However, the fierce battles of the other battle pets were quite exciting, and the atmosphere was heated up.

Bored, Su Ping went to one of the judges and said, "I won't come tomorrow if nobody wants to fight my battle pet. Can you just tell me your name?"

The judge was an old man at the Fate State. He was stunned for a moment; he would've slapped anyone else who said that. Who do you think you are?

But it was Su Ping who said that.

"Yes, of course." He clasped his hands and said humbly and ingratiatingly, "Senior, you don't have to come to such a minor competition. I don't think anybody would dare to challenge your battle pets."

"Okay."

Su Ping nodded and went back with the Little Skeleton and the others.

Su Ping returned to his shop. Tang Ruyan and Joanna were still busy serving customers.

Tang Ruyan looked up in surprise, seeing that Su Ping had returned so soon. "Are you done already?"

"No, I came back early."

"Was it too boring? Haha." Tang Ruyan knew the reason the moment she saw Su Ping's expression. She couldn't help but laugh.

Su Ping rolled his eyes. He was about to take her place when he received a notification from the Lord Badge.

With a thought, he used his Divine Telekinesis to check.

"Honorable Lord of the Blue Planet, you have a notification from the Battle Alliance."

Battle Alliance? Is it the Alliance of Stars, an organization made up of battle pet warriors?

"Check it."

Soon, a hazy figure popped up in Su Ping's head. She looked slim, but she was only about 1.6 meters tall and a bit short.

"All members of the Battle Alliance, listen up. Gather in the Holy Light Palace on the Red Fire Planet in the Zeruprun System at 9 p.m. on the 18th!"

"The Battle Alliance is determined to win the divine residence. All members must be present. Anyone who disobeys will be expelled from the Battle Alliance. You can ask for leave in advance if there are any special circumstances."

A soft and gentle voice that was deliberately suppressed to be rather cold said.

His tone was condescending, as if he was giving orders.

Su Ping was slightly surprised. A divine residence?

Is that what O 'Neil said?

The Alliance of Stars is going to send everyone there?
