He stood up, took one of Hermione's arms, and stared at Harry. Harry hesitated, then took Hermione's other arm and together they lifted her limp body and draped it over Neville's shoulder.

'Wait a minute, '

Said Harry, snatching Hermione's wand from the floor and thrusting it into Neville's hand. 'You'd better take this.'

As they slowly made their way to the door, Neville kicked his broken wand aside.

"My granny had to kill me," he slurred, the blood dripping from his nose. "It was my father who left it."

Harry poked his head out of the door and looked cautiously around.

The Death Eater with a baby's head was still shrieking as it kept banging on the things around it.

He knocked over the grandfather clock, overturned the table, and cried in confusion.

Behind them the glass-fronted closet continued to fall, shatter, and fall back into place on its own accord. Harry guessed there was a time switch in there somewhere.

'He won't notice us, 'whispered Harry.' Come on, stick close to me. '

They crept quietly out of the office and made their way to the door that led into the Black Hall, which now looked deserted.

They took a few steps forward, Neville swaying a little with Hermione on his back.

The door to the Time Hall closed behind them, and the walls began to turn again.

The blow to the back of Harry's head seemed to have blinded him.

He squinted and swayed slightly until the walls stopped moving again.

The burning X that Hermione had left on the door disappeared. Harry's heart sank.

'Now, where do you think we should go- '

Before they could decide which door to try, the door on the right suddenly sprang open, and three people fell out from it.

'Ron! '

Cried Harry hoarsely, rushing towards them. 'Ginny - all of you -'

'Harry. '

Ron giggled weakly and fell forward, clutching at Harry's robe and staring at him with dreamy eyes.

'It's you?

Hahaha … You look so funny, Harry … You are such a mess now … "

Ron's face was very pale, and something black was trickling from the corner of his mouth. Then his legs gave way and he fell, still holding on to Harry's robe, forcing Harry to bend over.

"Ginny?"

Harry asked worriedly, "What happened?"

Jenny shook her head and slid down the wall to sit on the floor, panting as she held her ankle.

"I think her ankle is broken. I heard a crack."

Luna whispered. She was bending over Ginny and seemed to be the only one who was unhurt.

"Four people chased us into a dark room full of planets (the observation room, the lowest level of the Ministry of Magic). It was a strange place. Sometimes we just floated in the darkness."

"Harry, we see Uranus approaching us!"

Ron was still giggling weakly. "See, Harry? We can see Uranus! Hahaha! "

A blood bubble appeared at the corner of his mouth and then burst.

"— but one of them grabbed Ginny's foot. I used the Shattering Charm and Pluto blew up in front of him, but …"

Luna gestured helplessly to Ginny. Her breathing was very weak and her eyes were still closed.

"What's the matter with Ron?" asked Harry worriedly.

Ron was still grinning foolishly, hanging from Harry's robe.

"I don't know what they hit him with," said Luna sadly. "But he's a bit queer. I almost couldn't get him out."

"Harry," said Ron, pulling Harry's ear close to him, still giggling weakly. "Do you know who that girl is, Harry? She's the Mad Girl, Mad Girl Lovegood. Hahaha! "

"We've got to get out of here," said Harry firmly.

Harry said firmly, "Luna, can you help Ginny?"

"Of course," said Luna, putting her wand behind her ear for safety's sake. Then she put an arm round Ginny's waist and helped her up.

"It's only an ankle. I can manage!" said Ginny.

Jenny said impatiently, but then she fell to the side. In order to stabilize herself, she hurriedly grabbed Luna.

Harry put one of Ron's arms over his shoulder, just as he had done with Dudley a few months ago.

He looked around. There was only a one-twelfth chance that they would find the exit on their first try. He helped Ron towards a door, and when they were only a few steps away.

Another door on the opposite side of the hall flew open, and Béla Trix Lestrange came running in with two Death Eaters.

"There they are!"

She screamed, and the Stun Charm shot across the room.

Harry rushed through the door in front of him, put Ron down hastily, and ran back to help Neville carry Hermione into the room. They all crossed the threshold and shut Béla Trix out in time.

"Hurry up and seal them!"

Harry shouted. He could hear the three Death Eaters banging against the door with their bodies.

"It's all right!"

A man's voice said. "There's another way in. We've found them. They're here!"

Harry turned around. They were back in the Hall of Brains. There were indeed many doors in the walls.

He could hear the footsteps in the hall behind him. More Death Eaters were running over to meet up with the first three people.

"Luna, Neville, help me!"

The three of them split up and ran around the room, sealing the door as they went.

Harry bumped into a table as he hurried to the other door, and rolled over it.

"Hurry up and seal them!"

There was a great deal of running feet behind the doors, and now and then they creaked as someone bumped into them with a heavy body; and Luna and Neville were working on them along the opposite wall - and then, as Harry came to the other end of the room, he heard Luna say, 'Quick, quick - ah!'

He turned around just in time to see Luna being thrown up.

Five Death Eaters rushed into the room through the door that Luna had not sealed in time.

Luna hit a table and slid down to the floor on the other side. She lay sprawled on the floor, as motionless as Hermione.

"Get Potter!"

Béla Trix screamed and ran towards Harry. Harry dodged her and ran back. As long as they didn't hit the Orb, he was safe.

"Hey!"

Ron staggered to his feet and staggered towards Harry with a silly grin on his face.

"Hey, Harry, there's some brains here. Isn't that weird, Harry?"

"Ron, get out of the way. Get down!"

But Ron was already pointing his wand at the glass tank.

"Really, Harry, those are brains. Look! Brains are flying!"
