It's him!
That man again!
The Crimsonfire Hound's face twisted.
"Woof, woof, woof!!"
Listen.
The Pyro Canine was barking.
Zhang Baoxing didn't expect that his pet would be so excited. Was the Pyro Canine too excited to know that it was going to receive training soon?
Well, the Pyro Canine's intelligence had improved.
Zhang Baoxing was delighted. Once again, he admired the training effect of this place. He was even more determined to come here and train the Pyro Canine more often, even if he had to sell everything he had.
"Good boy, squat down." Zhang Baoxing comforted the Pyro Canine, "It's your turn soon. Don't rush."
!
The Pyro Canine's hair stood on end.
Zhang Baoxing didn't know what to do. He was embarrassed.
Su Ping was speechless. He darted a meaningful look at the Pyro Canine.
Hiss!
The Pyro Canine's pupils contracted. Its body began to tremble. At this moment, the Pyro Canine finally remembered that it was no match for this man.
The Pyro Canine curled up on the ground in despair. It closed its eyes in pain.
"Next," Su Ping continued after the Pyro Canine calmed down.
"Me, me." The second one was the long-faced girl from the day before. She stepped forward, excited. She summoned her pet and said, "Sir, I want another round of training as well."
Just like the Pyro Canine, her pet was majestic as soon as it came out, thinking that its master was going to summon it to fight.
However, as soon as the pet saw the surroundings and the nightmarish face in front of it, it was stunned. Then, it was so "excited" that it almost lost its mind. It struggled to leave.
The long-faced girl kept comforting it and Su Ping looked at it with "gentle" eyes. In the end, the pet had to quiet down, as if it had accepted its fate. It lay down next to the Pyro Canine weakly, with the same look of despair on its face.
The third and fourth … all the way to the last one summoned the same kind of pets.
The training the day before was still fresh in those pets' minds.
Once all the pets were registered, Su Ping collected the money and said to their masters.
They said goodbye to Su Ping politely and with a bit of awe in their eyes.
Seeing that their masters were leaving, the pets became excited again. They wanted to go after them, but they were sent back as soon as they did. Some of them were stopped by Su Ping. They were afraid to struggle. They could only roar at their masters from afar, hoping that their masters would come back and take them away.
However, Su Ping's response was an encouraging smile …
In the end, Su Ping dragged the pets to the darkened pet room in the depths of the store and left them in the nursing pens. When the nursing pens were full, the pets would be placed in the training space.
After receiving the pets, Su Ping classified them and trained them with the dummy training function.
On the other hand, he called the owners of the pets from the day before and told them to pick them up after school that day.
After all that was done, Su Ping checked the time. He would arrive at the store at around half past eight. It was only nine o 'clock at the moment. It shouldn't be too late to go to the academy.
He closed the door and rode his bicycle to the academy.
Soon, Su Ping arrived at the gate of the Phoenix Peak Academy. He took a look at the Purple Feathered Phoenix statue at the gate. Su Ping was about to ride his bicycle in when the guards at the gate stopped him.
Su Ping looked like a student, but … the guards had never seen any student who could get into the Phoenix Peak Academy riding a bicycle to school.
Besides, it was already past the school entrance time. If Su Ping was a student, he would be late.
"Please show me your student ID," the guard said politely.
Su Ping didn't have one. He called Dong Mingsong and told him that he had arrived.
Dong Mingsong was excited when he received the call. He didn't expect that Su Ping would be able to come today. He called the guard at once.
The guard was flattered when he received the call from the Vice Principal. But when he heard Dong Mingsong's words, he looked at Su Ping in astonishment. This young man who looked like a first-year student was actually an advanced teacher who had come to work?
The guards were dumbfounded. When they came back to their senses, they hurried over to fawn over Su Ping. They invited Su Ping into the academy with great respect and apologized profusely.
Su Ping didn't get mad at them. They were just doing their job and hadn't done anything wrong. On the other hand, it was his identity that made him feel embarrassed that they had to apologize when they hadn't done anything wrong.
Su Ping rode along the grassy path after he entered the academy. Suddenly, he realized that he seemed to have lost his way.
Su Ping stopped on a path and looked around in confusion. The Phoenix Peak Academy was too big. If he wasn't familiar with the way, he would lose his way in an instant.
Su Ping was wondering if he should jump up and look down from the treetops to find his way when he heard the crisp sound of high heels coming from the corner of the path behind him. Su Ping turned around and saw a graceful girl with a curvaceous body. Her legs were fair and slender. She was wearing a black lady's suit and a beige skirt that reached her knees. She wore a pair of red-rimmed glasses, which gave her an intellectual charm.
However, the girl's expression was as cold as frost. It was as if she was a thousand miles away from him.
Su Ping wanted to go up and ask for directions, but he hesitated when he saw the girl's stern expression.
The man noticed him the moment he stopped. The man was walking toward him. Soon, he was standing right in front of Su Ping.
"Which class are you from? It's already time for class. Why are you still wandering around here?" Cheng Shuanglin frowned. She noticed that the girl was not wearing a student uniform, but was instead dressed casually. Her frown deepened.
"Well, I just arrived today." Su Ping immediately asked, "Where's the vice principal's office?"
Cheng Shuanglin raised her eyebrows. "If you're a new student, you can go to your class director's office. I happen to be teaching first-year students. Which class are you in?"
Su Ping scratched his head. "I'm here to hire a teacher. Dong Mingsong told me to find him at the academy."
"A teacher?" Cheng Shuanglin's expression froze. She sized Su Ping up and down. He looked to be in his twenties. How could he be a teacher at such a young age?
Still, Su Ping didn't look like he was lying.
Cheng Shuanglin frowned. She didn't know that the academy had lowered its recruitment requirements to such a low level. It seemed that she would have to talk to Vice Principal Dong later. If the quality of the teachers dropped, the students' grades would drop as well. By then, the academy would fall into a vicious cycle.
"I'm going to the vice principal's office as well. I'll take you there," Cheng Shuanglin said. Cheng Shuanglin said to Su Ping. Then, she walked ahead with the textbooks in her hands, not even bothering to ask if Su Ping was following her.
Su Ping didn't expect that Cheng Shuanglin would be willing to lead the way. Pleasantly surprised, he rode his bike and followed behind her.
However, Cheng Shuanglin was a slow walker. After riding for a while, Su Ping asked, "Do you want me to give you a ride?"
Cheng Shuanglin darted a glance at him and the bike he was riding. "No need," she said coldly.
She wouldn't even be interested in a luxury car that was worth millions of yuan. Su Ping, on the other hand, had the nerve to say that he would give her a ride on a broken bike. She was speechless.
Su Ping didn't try to persuade her since she preferred to walk. He rode the bike in an "S" shape on the wide path. From time to time, he would circle around Cheng Shuanglin. One moment, he would ride in front of her, and the next moment, he would turn around and ride behind her.
That way, he could wait for her and he wouldn't have to work so hard to control the bike.
Cheng Shuanglin curled her lips as she watched Su Ping ride the bike around in circles. He was such a carefree young man. How could he be a teacher like that? She wondered what Vice Principal Dong was thinking.
About ten minutes later, Su Ping finally saw the Academic Affairs Building where Dong Mingsong worked.
He had been brought here after the exhibition match and signed the contract there. He only remembered how to get there from the stadium, but he didn't know how to get there from the gate.
"Finally." Su Ping smiled and said to Cheng Shuanglin, "Thank you, lady. I'll be going now!"
With that said, he waved his hand and sped up.
Cheng Shuanglin frowned but didn't say anything. She continued to walk at her own pace.
