It was finally over. I scattered some flowers.
This book was very difficult to write, and it was my attempt. The results were not bad, but the fate of this book was full of difficulties. It was even more difficult than "Sister".
My friends in the author circle asked me, "Why didn't you end it? If it were me, I would have finished it the next day after five months in the little dark room. "
I said, "Integrity is finished!"
This was probably my integrity and original intention as a new author. It was not just to earn money. Old readers all understood me. I wrote more as a hobby.
During the time I was in the little dark room, I worked overtime for three consecutive months. Every month, I wrote more than 200,000 words. I had a conscience.
In the middle of September, I was hospitalized for gastroenteritis. Then, I started getting sick and exhausted. I had no choice but to write one chapter a day. Otherwise, this book would have been finished before October.
Actually, it was because I stayed up all night and worked in the day for the past few months. The gastroenteritis only triggered the fatigue that was squeezed in my body.
Alright, let's not talk about this.
This time, I wrote 15 chapters in three days. Today, I almost pulled an all-nighter.
This was the craziest writing experience I had ever had. I worked until the end (working in the day).
I was originally very tired and wanted to fall asleep. But when I reached the end, how should I put it? I felt extremely melancholic. I wasn't melancholic when "Sister" ended because everyone had a good ending.
But not the second generation demon.
At this point in the book, all the holes that needed to be filled were filled. All kinds of foreshadowing were used. I felt that it was not bad and didn't end anticlimactic.
For example, the unparalleled Unparalleled Battle Soul was used throughout the entire book. I repeatedly mentioned in the book that the Dragon Pearl was used to stabilize her realm. Otherwise, unlimited strengthening would cause her physical body to collapse and her soul to scatter.
After stabilizing her realm, she would be at the peak of Extreme Dao.
The awesomeness of the Demon Dao was written between the lines. It was a link between the previous and the following.
Great-grandmother's awesomeness was the final word.
There was no lousy ending, no ending, and all the holes were filled in. It was self-justifying.
Hmm, very good.
I know that a small number of readers might scold me. I have to defend myself. The ending of every novel is actually decided from the beginning. To put it in a more pretentious way, this is called "intention".
This is what I think. An outstanding author should try different styles of writing. Different works should have different ideas.
The second generation of the Yao Clan and his sister were completely different.
What the work wanted to express was also completely different.
This was the difference in their intentions.
Why am I saying all this? I'm definitely not trying to shift the blame. The concept of my next book will definitely be different from that of the Second Generation Demon. I'm preparing to write a lighter, refreshing article. After all, I have to cater to the market.
Was he trying to earn money from sponsored partnerships?
Those of you who say I'm not going to write another book, please put down your knives.
Back to the main topic, let me talk about the inspiration for this book. It originated from a short story that I wrote in my notebook when I was studying. The main character of the story was like this. The main character had the ability to stop time. He could move freely during a certain period of time. One day, the female deskmate that the main character had a crush on died in a car accident.
He stopped time, forever stopping at the moment before his deskmate got into a car accident, until the end of his life.
He didn't lose the female deskmate he had a crush on. She stayed by his side until the day he died.
This is what I mean. The ending of the Second Generation Yao is neither a tragedy nor a comedy.
Li Xianyu didn't lose the person he loved, nor the person who loved him. He just couldn't come out for a certain period of time (funny baby).
Correspondingly, there wouldn't be any extra chapters from the Second Generation Yao.
This can be considered my original work.
Once again, the concept of this book is unique. Every book's concept is unique. My next book will definitely be a comedy. My readers are all men.
But then again, I feel that the characterization in this book is okay. It's full of flesh and blood. Compared to "Sister", the portrayal of the main characters might not be as good. It depends on the number of scenes.
But in terms of character base, I have improved.
However, whether it's "Sister" or the Second Generation Yao, they aren't refreshing articles. Especially the Second Generation Yao, which leans towards grey.
This is my shortcoming.
This lousy book of mine might have been fine ten years ago. At that time, online literature had just started. There weren't any conventional refreshing articles. There were all kinds of books, and the readers were able to bear it.
Now it's the era of refreshing articles.
Moreover, due to the development of the internet, it's more convenient for readers and authors to communicate. It's not like in the past. When I write a tragedy, the readers can't scold the author.
I have to learn to adapt to the trend. My next book will definitely be a refreshing article (funny).
After the Second Generation Yao is finished, I will rest for a while. In a few days, I will publish an extra poll on the public account: Three extra choices. Let's vote on what extra to write.
Public account: I am the Little Gentleman Who Sells Newspapers.
If there's a typo, I'll just put up with it for now. I'm too tired. I stayed up all night until five o 'clock. I really don't have the energy to check the typos in the fifteen chapters word by word. Fifty to sixty thousand words.
As for the next book, it would probably be several months later. I have prepared a lot of information and materials. My goal is very simple. I want to write a book that is far away from the crabs and positive energy.
In the future, call me: The Little Gentleman Who Sells Positive Energy.
Of course, the first thing is to rest.
This book has really drained me emotionally and energetically. I might not be able to write a sister like "Qin Baobao", nor can I write a life experience like Li Xianyu's.
Since this is a good thing, it allows me to keep moving forward and avoid becoming a template.
It's also a bad thing. When you gain something, you will also lose something.
Finally, I want to thank all the lovely readers. I want to thank the reader group management and group owner. I want to thank Jiu Er. I want to thank Li Peiyun (Xiu Er).
See you again if fate wills it.
