"You can't do this!" Asha screamed. The green dots were getting closer and closer. She could even hear their panting in the dark. It was a sign that they were hungry for food.
A wolf howl was heard, followed by the howls of a pack of wolves. Lin Musheng slowly walked towards her. "Miss Mei Jing, do you want to go up by yourself, or do you want me to throw you out?"
Asha stepped back step by step. Suddenly, she looked up and saw a few wolves had jumped over the river and were pouncing on them. Lin Musheng shot a wolf that was pouncing on him. Their animal instincts told them that it was not safe here, so all the wolves stared at Asha.
Asha glanced at Lin Musheng. He held a gun in his right hand and smiled slightly, as if he was waiting to enjoy a beautiful performance.
"Damn it!" Asha cursed and tore off the necklace around her neck. In an instant, white powder was sprinkled on the wolves. Lin Musheng's pupils suddenly dilated, and he quickly retreated to the side of the tent.
The wolves suddenly let out a shrill cry. Like a movie, a dozen wolves fell to the ground. Soon, rotten flesh and bones were exposed, and finally, scarlet blood was all that was left.
"Clap! Clap! Clap!" Lin Musheng clapped his hands and walked to Asha. "Poison Lady, it's really you!"
Asha stood there in a daze. Suddenly, she burst into tears, squatting on the ground and vomiting. "So … so disgusting … so … so scary!"
"Don't pretend." Lin Musheng squatted in front of her. "I suspected it was you the first time we met."
"Go away!" Asha cried. "You didn't shoot, so I used the drug Qingsi gave me. He said it could save lives in a critical moment. But why is it so disgusting?"
Lin Musheng was careless and was pushed down by her. He clapped his hands and stood up. "Haha, do you think an ordinary person would have this kind of drug to destroy evidence?"
"How would I know?" Asha wiped her face and suddenly felt wet. It had started to rain without her noticing. It always rained in the mountains. Soon, bean-sized raindrops began to pour down.
Lin Musheng suddenly approached her and reached out his hand. Asha jumped up and ran into the tent. "You're a bad guy. I'm ignoring you."
Frowning, Lin Musheng's eyes flickered, and he also went into the tent. Asha leaned against a corner and covered herself with the parachute's cloth. Depp, who was sleeping like a dead pig, was grinding his teeth.
Lin Musheng closed his eyes and lay down.
"Wow! It rained last night. " Asha's first reaction when she woke up was to look at Lin Musheng. When she saw that his eyes were still closed, she patted her face and walked out of the tent.
"Depp." Asha stared at him in disbelief. "Didn't you hear anything last night?"
Depp was squatting by the riverside, washing his face. The rain had washed away all traces of the day before, leaving nothing behind.
"Ah!" Depp stared at her. "Do you snore in your sleep? It's okay, I can't hear you! "
The corners of Asha's mouth twitched. This was the legendary person who could sell him off after falling asleep …
Asha didn't know when Lin Musheng had come out of the tent. When she turned around, she saw him staring at her.
"Mr. Lin, hurry up and wash your face. We're going to look for food!" Depp waved cheerfully.
Asha thought that Depp seemed to have forgotten about their situation. He thought they were going to camp. Even Lin Musheng rubbed his brows, washed his face, and left with Depp.
When they were out of sight, Asha squatted by the riverside. She didn't dare to wash her face. She hadn't removed the layer of skin on her face for a few days, and she had been drenched in the rain the day before. She was afraid that Lin Musheng would notice something wrong if she touched water again.
Asha was brushing her teeth with her fingers when a palm came at her from the side. She quickly jumped away and shielded her face with her body.
"Lin Musheng?"
Lin Musheng sneered. He raised his leg and kicked Asha in the stomach. Asha didn't want to fight back, but Lin Musheng's hand came at her face. Asha had no choice but to push his arm away and block his leg at the same time.
"You're wearing a mask. This isn't your real face!" Lin Musheng pressed on. Asha realized that he was very skilled. She was no match for him. She was about to call out to Depp when she felt something cold on her face. When she looked up, she saw that Lin Musheng was holding a thin layer of skin in his hand.
Asha covered her face with her hands. "That's enough! I'm Lady Poison. Kill me if you want. "
"Put your hand down."
"As if you know me." Asha flung her hand away and glared at the man in front of her.
Lin Musheng's eyes lit up. Then he smirked. "Ying Xin, the daughter of the Ying clan. It really is you!"
"You know me?" Asha was surprised. "You knew who I was?"
"It was just a guess." Lin Musheng tossed the skin to her. "Don't wear it. It's too ugly!"
Ah Sha gently washed the skin of the dough with water and put it back on her face. "I like it," she said. "It's none of your business."
"Why did you come back with a different identity?" Lin Musheng asked curiously.
"Don't pretend." Asha didn't answer his question. She curled her lips. "I'm the reason you lost a hundred million. Aren't you here to kill me?"
"Oh," Lin Musheng said. "If you hadn't reminded me, I would've forgotten."
"Forgotten?" Asha glared at him. "Don't tell me you're going to let me go and forget about the hundred million."
"Well, I need to think about it." Lin Musheng rubbed his chin. "What if I tell people that Mei Jing is the daughter of the Ying clan? I don't know what will happen!"
Asha stared at him coldly. "Then I promise you, you'll lose another hundred million."
"I can't afford to lose that." Lin Musheng shrugged. "Now that I know who you are, I know you can't run away. As for the hundred million, I need to think about how you're going to pay it back!"
The more Asha looked at him, the stranger she found him. If not for the fact that she was out of medicine, she would've poisoned him.
"Asha! Look who's here! " Depp shouted excitedly. Asha whipped her head around and saw Wan Qingsi stumbling out of the forest. She let out a scream and ran to him.
Wan Qingsi opened his arms and let the woman run into him. He held her tight. That bump just now made Wan Qingsi feel like his heart had returned to him. He lifted Asha's head and kissed her over and over again. Then he called her name over and over again.
"Asha, Asha!"
"I'm here. I'm here!" Asha rubbed herself against his chest. "I'm sorry. I made you worry."
The man was trembling all over. His face was unshaven, but his eyes were bright and clear. His own reflection could be seen in them.
"I'm glad you're okay. I'm glad you're okay!" Wan Qingsi slowly calmed down. He examined her carefully and found that other than some bruises on her arms, everything else was fine. When he felt relieved, he saw Lin Musheng standing not too far away.
"Boss Lin, you're too careless. How could you lose your communicator?" Xiao Hua pulled out a phone from her pocket and tossed it to the ground. Lin Musheng's men quickly picked it up and ran to him.
"Boss, are you okay?" They were scared that they couldn't reach Lin Musheng.
Lin Musheng shook his head. "I'm fine. Let's go."
As he walked past Asha, he said, "Asha, I look forward to our next meeting!"
Wan Qingsi frowned as he watched him leave. He pulled Asha to her feet and said, "Let's get out of here first."
On the way, Depp kept talking about their experiences over the past two days. He praised Asha as an invincible female warrior. At last, he asked Wan Qingsi with a serious look on his face.
"Ken, tell me the truth. Is the Asha doll your custom-made robot?"
Everyone on the bus looked at him as if he was an idiot. But he didn't realize it at all. "Where did you make it?" He yelled, "I want one made too! It's so cool! I want both a loli and a female warrior!"
"If you say one more word, I'll throw you off the bus and you'll walk back to S City on your own." Wan Qingsi glared at him darkly.
Depp fell silent. Asha lay in Wan Qingsi's arms, trying hard not to laugh.
"Good girl. Get some sleep!" Wan Qingsi kissed her. "We'll be there when you wake up."
Asha nodded. She thought she wouldn't be able to sleep because of Lin Musheng, but she fell into a deep sleep before long. When her senses returned to normal, she heard a small voice.
"Why isn't sis awake yet?"
"Because she's sleepy."
"Is she dead?"
"No. If you say that again, Brother Xunxun will strangle you."
"Brother Xunxun isn't here again!"
Ah Sha wanted to laugh, but she found that she couldn't.
"She's awake!" Wangwang saw her eyelashes move.
Chengcheng cheered. "I'll go tell Brother Xunxun!"
Soon enough, a flurry of footsteps could be heard. Ah Sha saw Ying Qingcang carrying Xin Qing in his arms. Wan Qingsi was right behind them. Chengcheng, who was small in stature, squeezed himself into the room and pounced on Ah Sha's bed. "Sis, are you hungry? Let's go get some pizza! "
"You're the one who wants it!" Asha said, flicking Chengcheng's forehead in amusement. Chengcheng still wanted to argue, but Wangwang grabbed him by the collar and dragged him out.
Xin Qing sat on the bed and took her hand. "My precious baby, are you trying to scare mommy to death?"
"Mommy, I'm fine, aren't I?" Asha leaned into Xin Qing's arms. "We used to play survival games on Daddy Wan's island!"
Ying Qingcang glared at her. "How is that the same?" Then he turned to Wan Qingsi and said, "It's just this kid's fault for being a womanizer."
"Are you hungry? Have a bowl of porridge first? "Wan Qingsi held a bowl of porridge in his hand. Asha licked her lips." Yeah, I'm starving! "
Xin Qing hurried over to take the porridge. Wan Qingsi looked at her. "Aunt Qing, let me do it!"
"Okay." Ying Qingcang picked Xin Qing up. "She's been fighting with me since we were kids. I've never fed Asha anything …"
Ying Qingcang wanted to chase Wan Qingsi away, but Xin Qing stopped him. "Hey, I'm just complaining. Let's go downstairs first. I'm hungry too!"
Only the two of them were left in the room. One was feeding, the other was eating. Neither of them spoke.
"Okay!" Asha finished the porridge with satisfaction. She wiped her mouth and asked, "What time is it now?"
Wan Qingsi put down the bowl, took off his clothes, and crawled under the covers to hug her. "We came back yesterday afternoon. It's the next afternoon now."
