Chapter 1943

Words:1621Update:22/11/12 21:32:42

Report

It was obvious that the Sacred Palace Mages had relatively high cultivations. They were flying very quickly too. In the blink of an eye, they had arrived above the square. Their eyes were scanning the surroundings cautiously, as if they were looking for something.

Mo Fan lifted his gaze and saw Muse Pelina among them. She was riding a magical beast that was able to travel in the air, making her look even more noble than the others.

"Over there. How bold of him to break into the Sacred City. We won't let him escape this time no matter what!" said a Sacred Palace Mage with a thick braid.

"There are too many Tibetans and tourists nearby. We have to be careful," said another Sacred Palace Mage in her forties.

"Let's find him first!"

The four Sacred Palace Mages immediately flew out in four different directions. They spread out in four directions above the Potala Palace like four rays of light, causing a huge commotion among the crowd.

The Sacred Palace Mages usually kept a low profile. They would choose to land at the square unless it was an emergency and walk up the mountain to show their respect for the Sacred Palace. It was rare to see a Sacred Palace Mage casting a magnificent spell in front of so many people.

For some reason, Mo Fan subconsciously glanced at the street he had just walked past. His instincts told him that the Sacred Palace Mages were looking for the man in the cloth robe.

Sage Pelina didn't move from her spot, but she slowly landed on the ground.

She landed with the priests and knights. Priest Dewey had been waiting for her too. He immediately saluted the Muse like the other knights when he saw her.

"Do you have any orders for me, Muse?" asked Priest Dewey.

"I didn't expect that guy to be so bold. He actually came to the Sacred City directly and is so close to the Sacred Palace," said Pelina.

"What do you mean?" Priest Dewey was not too sure about the situation.

Before Pelina could open her mouth to explain, another black figure jumped rapidly on the stone steps and the Potala Palace. A large string of afterimages was left there, and the figure had already arrived at the square.

The black figure stopped near Pelina. It was a man wearing a European-style monk robe with a dark gold texture. He was emitting a dignified and aggressive aura.

"There are so many experts!" Mofan secretly sighed.

In other cities, having a few Advanced Mages in a crowd was enough to stand out, let alone Super Mages. However, so many powerful Mages had shown up in such a short period of time. Mofan could not help but feel a sense of awe as it was his first time in Lhasa.

"Judicator, are you sure he's near Potala Palace? No more than a kilometer in radius?" Pelina asked.

"I'm sure of it," the man called the Judicator said.

"Will he do something extreme?" Pelina asked.

"Our duty is to arrest or eliminate him before he does anything extreme!" the Judicator said.

Mofan was not far from these people, so he could hear their conversation clearly.

Mu Ningxue said softly, "Judicator … isn't that the name of the Heresy Judgment Court?"

"Mm, why are the people of the Heresy Judgment Court here?" Mofan asked.

The Holy Judgment Court and the Heresy Judgment Court were the most authoritative organizations in the Five Continents. The Holy Judgment Court was responsible for supervising all members of the Mages, including the members of the Black Vatican.

The Heresy Judgment Court's jurisdiction was a little mysterious. Ordinary people had no chance of coming into contact with the Heresy Judgment Court. Coincidentally, Mofan was temporarily listed as a member of the Heresy Judgment Court.

The man called the Judicator suddenly turned around and stared at Mofan like a hawk, as if he had sensed something.

Mo Fan was not in a good mood. It had only been a short while, yet he had already been looked at with a strange gaze twice. Why did it feel like a good young man like him was labeled as a bad guy? Anyone could easily tell that.

"Who are you?" the Judicator went up to Mo Fan and asked.

"What do you mean by that? There are so many people in the square. Why are you asking me instead of me?" Mofan said in disgust.

According to Old Man Bao's friendly reminder, the people of the Heresy Judgment Court were basically monsters. He had warned Mofan not to offend them for no reason. The Holy Judgment Court usually followed the rules. They were supervised by the authoritative organizations in the world and the Five Continents' Magic Associations, but Mo Fan had never heard of any organization going against the Heresy Judgment Court.

"You have a mark on you," the Judicator said aggressively, like a constable interrogating a criminal.

"What do you mean?" Mofan asked in return.

"You have the mark of the Heresy Judgment Court," the Judicator said.

"Are you saying that I have a criminal record from the Heresy Judgment Court?" Mofan said.

"You can say that. At least you are suspicious," the Judicator said confidently.

Mofan's face darkened upon hearing this.

F * * k the Heresy Judgment Court!

When he handed the Cold Prince to the Holy Judgment Court, the people of the Holy Judgment Court and the Heresy Judgment Court had promised him that they would remove his record as long as he did not use any destructive power that violated the rules of magic.

A mark?

Mofan had no idea when the people of the Heresy Judgment Court had left a mark on him that suggested he might be a criminal!

However, the Judicator had immediately recognized him as a suspicious person. He was staring at him like he was a heretic. If there was no trust between people, how could the Holy Judgment Court and the Heresy Judgment Court possibly stand at the top of the world?

"I want to talk to your leader," Mofan harrumphed coldly.

How asshole! Mofan had yet to ask the Holy Judgment Court and the Heresy Judgment Court about the Cold Prince's assassination. How many soldiers of the Beijiang Kingdom had died defending the Grand City against the Cold Prince's faction? How could they face the brave souls of the dead?

"If you weren't here to interfere with my judgment, the heretic would have nowhere to run," the Judicator said coldly.

The Judicator knew that Mofan only had a criminal record. He was not a heretic. He would not pay any attention to someone as special as Mofan before his superiors gave the order to purge him. However, the Judicator was unable to pinpoint the location of the other heretic because of his criminal record. It was very likely that the heretic had already escaped.

Mofan was enraged when he heard the Judicator's words!

No wonder Old Man Bao specifically reminded him not to provoke the people of the Heresy Judgment Court. They were clearly out of their minds!

They were dishonest in the first place. Not only did they not remove the mark, they even blamed him for not being able to find the person with the mark!

Mo Fan was utterly speechless by the insane logic of this guy!
