Kaoyi widened his mouth as though he wanted to retort. Yet ultimately, he couldn't utter a single word. Furthermore, his mission wasn't settled yet, and Joseph's employment was indeed cheap. Hence, he could only swallow his anger and remain silent. At this moment, Joseph continued.

Seizing this golden opportunity, his hands suddenly emitted a gentle white glow, which coincidentally slapped towards Reef's dark-gold shield. His hands seemed to be glued to the surface of the dark-gold shield, as though his hands were glued to it.
Instantly, the white glow from Joseph's hands extended to the dark-gold shield, and strangely seeped in! One could observe the dark-gold shield turning transparent, as though it had been transferred to another dimension! All that was left was the simplest line!
This was the fundamental ability of Joseph's party, known as' Dimensional Lock '.
This ability couldn't deal direct damage to the enemy in battle, but could temporarily transfer the enemy's equipment or weapon to another dimension, rendering it ineffective. All of a sudden, Kaoyi slashed down with a top-to-bottom chop. His dagger carried a crescent arc of brilliance. The judgement of this move was determined based on the agility of both parties. Hence, although Reef had assumed a defensive stance, he was still sent flying by Kaoyi's attack. It appeared as though an incomparably ferocious uppercut had landed on his chin, causing him to hover in mid-air and perform a backflip. Instantly, he was left with a wide open door.
Kaoyi once again bent his knees slightly. Following this movement, several square metres of concrete beneath his feet abruptly collapsed, as a huge cloud of smoke erupted. Then, he abruptly unleashed his full strength! Aiming viciously at Reef in mid-air, he chopped down with unparalleled ferocity!
