Apart from races, there were also nations. Nations in the Heaven Awaken World were split into many levels. The weakest nation was called a Barony Kingdom, followed by a Marquisate Kingdom, a Dukedom Kingdom, a Royal Kingdom, an Imperial Kingdom, an Empire, and a Holy Kingdom.
Each level was split into nine levels, such as a Level 1 Barony to a Level 9 Barony. These Barony Kingdoms were created by a powerful Kingdom, and they were given a piece of land to establish their own Kingdom.
A Marquisate was similar to a Vassal, and only a Dukedom had a certain amount of power. A Royal Kingdom's power was above that of a Royal Kingdom, and an Empire was above that of an Imperial Kingdom. The highest level was a Holy Empire, and it was the most powerful Kingdom. It reigned above everything else, and it was extremely rare.
