Angor turned to Seething Gentleman. "That's all for now."

Seething Gentleman nodded but didn't leave right away. Instead, he looked at Angor's feet.

The puppy was still walking beside Angor.

Angor looked at the puppy. "You should go back now. Minister Dim is waiting for you."

"Woof!" The puppy tilted its head and gazed at Angor with its clear eyes. The innocent look made Angor want to take it away right away.

However, considering the various circumstances, this was obviously not tenable.

Angor looked at the puppy for a few seconds and sighed. He crouched down and gave the puppy a big hug.

"Thank you," he whispered in the puppy's ear.

He didn't know why the puppy sneaked out, but he knew he wouldn't be able to play the role of "Shava" if it wasn't for the puppy.

Angor put the puppy on the ground and rubbed its soft fur. "Let's go back. We'll meet again."

He sounded confident, but in his mind, he knew that the chances of them meeting again were very slim.

The puppy finally understood Angor's words.

The puppy whimpered and rubbed its head against Angor's trousers. Then it slowly turned around and walked back to Seething Gentleman.

Clang!

As the puppy turned around, Angor heard the sound of metal hitting the ground. Looking back, he saw that although the spotted dog was walking back, it had placed Hua Wenzhen's birdcage on the ground.

Angor looked at the puppy in confusion. Wasn't it interested in the Void Traveler? Why did it leave the cage on the ground?

Did it think Angor wanted it, so it left the cage here?

Before Angor could ask the puppy to bring the cage back, the puppy suddenly reached out its long tail.

With a "click" sound, the Dalmatian opened the lock of the cage with its tail.

Angor was surprised. He watched the door of the bird cage being pushed open, followed by a strong gust of wind and a series of whooshing noises.

When he came back to his senses, the cage was already empty.

Angor looked at the Dark Dream Tunnel and saw all the Void Travelers rushing into the darkness and disappearing.

Angor wanted to catch them, but the Void Travelers wouldn't just stay in the corridor. They were no longer inside the demiplane, so they could simply crawl out of the wall and escape into the void.

Angor reached out his hand helplessly but still pulled it back. He looked at the puppy, who was still looking at him with innocent eyes. It didn't seem to care about what it did at all.

Angor looked at the empty cage and sighed. "Fine. Do whatever you want."

The puppy already gave the cage to the Void Traveler, so it could do whatever it wanted. If he let it go, then let it go. Although he felt a little heartache, as long as the Dalmatian was happy, it was fine.

He nodded to the puppy again and said goodbye to it in a serious manner.

"Don't worry, Lady Shava. I'll send the puppy back to Minister Tim and bring back the new Light Solvent." Boiling Gentleman put on his hat and bowed to Angor. "I look forward to our next meeting, Lady Shava."

As the footsteps faded away, Boiling Gentleman disappeared at the end of the Corridor of Bewitching Candles with the Dalmatian who kept looking back.

Angor let out a long sigh of relief when the place was completely quiet. He was a little sad about the puppy's departure, but it didn't stop him from being excited about returning to the real world.

There was one more thing he needed to do before he left.

Angor lowered his head and looked behind the ancient door. The ruin had undergone tremendous changes, and the space inside had expanded countless times. However, the door remained the same.

This time, he didn't have to worry about being disturbed. He finally saw the runes on the back of the door.

When he finished reading all the demonic patterns, a look of realization flashed across his eyes.

Based on the materials used to create the door, Angor already deduced that this door had something to do with the ruin he was in. However, it could be a coincidence that the materials were the same. He didn't have any proof yet.

But now, with the runes, Angor was certain that this ruin was created by the same person!

The runes on the door were exactly the same as the one on the door!

And there was a separate rune on the magic array! The main pattern of this independent mageweath also represented the meaning of "light".

This meant that this independent mageweath was what he had previously guessed … the map of the ruins!

As long as this independent mageweath was activated, perhaps there would be an answer to many of the previously unanswered questions.

However, it was a pity that this independent mageweath could not be activated now.

The rune on the door was perfect, without any cracks or flaws. However, compared to the runes on the door of the ruin he was staying in, the runes on the door were much harder to deal with.

The door of the ruin he was staying in had the same rune, but at least it fit perfectly with the whole ruin.

As for the mageweath on the door, due to the huge changes in the space inside the ruins, the mageweath couldn't match the main body of the ruins, and the damage was even more serious.

It was almost impossible to repair them. Unless time could be reversed and Xinnai never came.

But Angor didn't despair.

He didn't need to repair the whole magic array. All he needed was the effect of the rune.

However, to activate the rune, he needed energy. And it couldn't be directly provided by the outside world. The rune on the map didn't carry any energy.

Therefore, he needed the magic array to provide it with energy.

Then, the rune would have to be connected to the corner of the magic array that represented the energy. However, the energy couldn't be used to provide energy to the magic array. So, Angor had to do two things. First, he had to destroy the defensive effect of the magic array. Second, he had to make sure the runes around the source energy were normal and could provide energy to the rune.

Even a Rune Warlock would find it difficult to do these two things.

But Angor had repaired the magic array before, so he knew how to do it. So it wasn't too hard. Still, it might take some time.

Luckily, there was no one else here.

He had enough time to solve the problem and activate the rune on the door.
