Chapter 79

Words:1758Update:22/06/26 10:53:19

Report

Originally, Professor Asford would propose a deal and point out the helicopter's location.

But Luke had sent Angela out of the city ahead of time, and Professor Asford wouldn't appear again. Luke could only guide these people's train of thought.

Thankfully, none of them were stupid. Jill, Payton, Terry, and Alice knew most of the situation in Raccoon City, from the ordinary people to the police department, and from the rich to Umbrella. Thus, they quickly thought of a way out.

That was a loophole that the director of Umbrella had deliberately left behind as a test for them as their last hope.

But Luke didn't care.

Even in the end, he still had Selina's helicopter, which could at least ensure the survival of the main characters.

Although the Bell 206 only had five seats, it was still possible for seven or eight people to take off if they worked hard.

Luke checked the gun in his hand and put it on his back. He got up and said, "Let's go. We'll at least have a chance of survival if we go to Umbrella's building. We'll only be waiting to die here. "

Alice stood up as well. She would not let Umbrella off the hook.

No matter what these people chose, she would go there and find an answer.

Jill and Payton looked at each other and stood up as well. Everybody set off.

Watching Robert and the wounded man get on bikes, Alice couldn't help but ask, "How did you come up with this?"

Jill said, "Luke found it. It's light and convenient. We can carry it in an emergency."

Alice was lost for words.

It was a carbon-fiber bike that weighed less than ten kilograms. It wasn't much heavier than carrying a rifle, so it was naturally very convenient.

The group set off, moving forward in the quiet streets.

The zombies here seemed to have been lured away. They didn't run into any zombies when they came out. The surroundings were dead silent, like a ghost town.

When they reached a viaduct, Alice suddenly stopped. "Wait."

Jill asked, "Why aren't we moving?"

Alice said solemnly, "Something's waiting for us up ahead."

Everybody: (⊙ _ ⊙?)

Only Luke gestured at Robert, who quickly retreated on his bike.

He now trusted Luke more and more. This was definitely a sign of trouble.

Luke also started to move and look for cover.

It had to be the Evil God of Vengeance.

Luke didn't know how to complain that Umbrella had high hopes for this guy.

With its huge size, coupled with the rocket launcher and six-barreled Gatling gun, it would be bullying an ordinary infantry unit. What was there to test?

As for the battle test between the Evil God of Vengeance and Alice, it was even more ridiculous.

Alice was a special experimental subject, and the Evil God of Vengeance was a common weapon on the battlefield.

To use an inappropriate analogy, the combat test between the two was like letting a strategic missile vehicle and a tank face to face. It was completely meaningless.

However, many things in the movie could not stand up to scrutiny, but there were other possibilities in reality.

Perhaps the Umbrella Corporation was using this kind of desperate situation to force Alice to grow faster and become a more precious test subject.

Luke shouted, "Hide yourselves. Don't stand together."

Everyone's reaction to this shout was not slow.

Except for Terry, the female reporter, who looked at the crowd in a daze and was finally pulled to a corner of a building by a policeman, everyone else hid.

Alice, the Goddess of War, was the only one who stood in the middle of the road and shouted, "It's coming for me! You go first!"

Luke chuckled inwardly. Only an idiot would leave. If he didn't earn her favor now, when would he?

He immediately said, "Everyone, hide yourselves. Alice, you attack. We'll back you up. "

Alice was stunned for a moment, feeling that something wasn't right.

Why did it seem like a certain someone had suddenly become the commander-in-chief?

However, the Evil God of Vengeance didn't hesitate.

A moment later, an enormous figure walked out from the shadows under the viaduct.

It was both holding hard, black, thick, and long weapons, except that one was a rocket launcher and the other a six-barreled Gatling gun.

Everybody gasped. This was cheating, wasn't it?

They only had a few M4A1s with the highest firepower, but they had to deal with such a monster with two heavy weapons?

Luke, however, said again, "It's wearing armor. Try to focus fire on its head or the weapons it's holding. "

Looking at the big guy over there raising the rocket launcher, Alice immediately ran quickly.

This was Alice's best running skill.

With this skill, she had single-handedly killed countless zombie dogs in Resident Evil One.

Strengthened by the T-Virus, Alice ran very fast. Not only was she full of strength, she was also very fast.

The Evil God of Vengeance fired the rocket launcher, but it was already far away from where everybody was hiding, and its body was half slanted.

Without any hesitation, Luke immediately began to fire wildly.

He didn't need to be too precise. As long as he hit the Evil God of Vengeance, it would be fine whether it was the gun itself, the cartridge, or even the ammunition box. He just needed to make this ultimate weapon malfunction.

The others also received his reminder and followed closely behind him to open fire.

Those who weren't good at shooting chose to aim at the Evil God of Vengeance's head, while Jill, Payton, and Robert chose to shoot at the enemy's Gatling gun like Luke did.

In the blink of an eye, a hundred bullets were fired, and the Evil God of Vengeance roared.

Its chip instantly determined that the people who were firing were a great threat to it, and it immediately turned around and aimed at them.

The barrel of the machine gun turned, and a chain of fire swept over with yellow flames.

Everybody, including Luke, took cover at the same time.

This guy's Gatling gun was too powerful, and nobody dared to take the risk.

However, the Evil God of Vengeance's change of target gave Alice an opportunity.

She quickly drew out two MP5Ks, and bullets rained down on the Evil God of Vengeance's body.

Her heart, however, sank. As Luke had said, this monster was wearing armor, and bullets couldn't penetrate it at all.

But Alice wasn't one to give up easily.

She dove into a corner of a building and quickly reloaded the two MP5Ks that had already been emptied. She then leaned out again and fired at the Evil God of Vengeance.

The Evil God of Vengeance also felt a little confused.

The chip's requirement was to attack a high-threat target.

But now that everybody was scattered, especially Alice, the main target, who was already twenty meters away from them, it was impossible for the Evil God of Vengeance to take care of both sides.

In the movie, the only Alice who made it here was Jill with a pistol, Peyton with a broken foot, and Teri with a DV.
