Yang Yi was aware of Huo Yao's medical skills, so he was not surprised that she found out. He coughed and replied. "I just got into a fight with someone."
Huo Yao raised her brow when she heard this.
Yang Yi hurriedly looked away when he noticed her expression. He changed the topic. "Where's Yu?"
Huo Yao raised her chin and looked at the kitchen. "He's doing the dishes."
Yang Yi's lips twitched when he heard the word 'dishes'. He glanced at the kitchen and saw Min Yu's back. Before long, he quietly veered his eyes away.
He had gotten used to it.
"Oh yes, Miss Huo. Can you help me look at the security settings?" asked Yang Yi carefully as his eyes landed on Huo Yao.
Since Huo Yao had nothing to do, she nodded and agreed.
Yang Yi's face lit up and he hurriedly said, "I'll go get the laptop." Then he hurried out to the car to get his laptop.
He turned on the laptop and clicked on a software that linked to the Min family's businesses in the capital. Then he handed the laptop to Huo Yao. "This is it."
Huo Yao's eyes landed on the screen. She glanced at it and asked. "The security settings for the surveillance system?"
"Uh huh." Huo Yao was indeed a genius. She could tell what it was even before she started.
Yang Yi was a computer maniac. He sat down next to Huo Yao and paused before he quickly said, "I feel like there's something wrong with the firewall, but I just can't figure it out."
"Let me take a look first." Huo Yao nodded. Her fingers gently touched the touch screen. Her face twitched the moment she entered the first layer of the firewall.
Yang Yi's attention was focused on the computer screen, so he did not notice the change in Huo Yao's expression. He continued to say, "Someone hacked into the system, but I fixed it in time and added two more layers of firewalls."
Huo Yao coughed dryly. She felt that it was pointless to add two more layers of firewalls since he could not detect a hidden trojan horse.
"It's fine. You fixed it pretty well. Most people can't hack into it," said Huo Yao without batting an eyelid.
Yang Yi scratched his head. She did not sound like she was complimenting him.
But he didn't think too much about it. He continued to stare at the computer, wanting to steal some skills from the Almighty.
Huo Yao entered the firewall program and tapped on the shortcut command. The screen instantly went dark and a black dialog box popped up. Her fingers moved rapidly on the keyboard as lines of symbols appeared in the dialog box.
Before Yang Yi could see what Huo Yao was going to do, the black dialog box disappeared in a flash.
Before long, Huo Yao handed the laptop back to Yang Yi. "I fixed a few holes in the firewall. Everything else is fine."
Yang Yi took the laptop and glanced at it. He could no longer sense any problems with the firewall. Instead, there was a new super defense mode.
He seemed to have seen this defense pattern somewhere before.
Yang Yi frowned. He couldn't recall anything.
Min Yu walked out of the kitchen. He walked over and glanced at Yang Yi, who was sitting next to Huo Yao. He narrowed his eyes.
Yang Yi was immersed in his thoughts and did not notice Min Yu looking at him. He only snapped out of his daze when he heard Min Yu cough gently.
Yang Yi raised his head. When his eyes met Min Yu's deep and dark eyes, he shuddered and immediately stood up with the laptop. "Y- Yu."
