Huo Yao wanted to deny it, but she changed her mind and nodded her head.

Fang Ting pointed at the mask on Huo Yao's face and asked casually. "Why are you wearing a mask on a blind date?"

"I have a slight cold." Huo Yao coughed and lowered her voice.

"Oh." Fang Ting did not suspect anything. "You sound very young. Are you in your twenties?"

Huo Yao raised her brow slightly. "Something like that."

"Did your family force you to go on blind dates at the tender age of 20?" Fang Ting picked up the food beside her and held it in front of Huo Yao. "The pastries here are pretty good. Try some."

Huo Yao glanced at Fang Ting quietly without saying a word. Instead, she pulled up her mask.

Fang Ting suddenly chuckled. She put away her food and changed the topic. "Do you have anyone in mind?"

"Nope." Huo Yao shook her head.

Fang Ting stuffed a piece of pastry into her mouth and chewed it before she said, "To be honest, none of the men here look like much."

Did she mean that she did not find anyone attractive?

Huo Yao tilted her head and looked at Fang Ting. She casually said, "I think there's a gentle-looking guy in a suit and glasses. Didn't you notice him?"

Fang Ting quickly guessed who Huo Yao was talking about. Huo Tingrui happened to appear nearby, so she pointed at him. "You're talking about that guy, right?"

Huo Yao followed her gaze and nodded. "Uh huh."

Fang Ting shook her head with a smile.

"Why? Isn't he a good guy?" asked Huo Yao curiously.

"Don't be fooled by his gentlemanly appearance. He's actually a sea king who spreads his net wide. Did you see that? He doesn't reject any woman who tries to hit on him. Do you think a person like him is a good person?" Fang Ting pouted.

Huo Yao's lips twitched. She could not help looking at her second older brother and observing him quietly for three minutes.

During these three minutes, he had chatted with three women with a smile on his face.

Huo Yao could not bear to look at him.

Huo Yao quietly averted her eyes. No wonder he was called the Sea King.

She looked at Fang Ting. All the compliments she wanted to say to her second older brother automatically turned into one sentence. "… You really can't say that."

Fang Ting raised her eyebrows. "Isn't that right? I wouldn't want a jerk like him even if he gave me a present."

Huo Yao fell silent.

After the identification, her biological mother's forced matchmaking failed before they even met.

Fang Ting did not mention Huo Tingrui again. She turned to look at Huo Yao and said, "Sister, you look familiar. Have we met before?"

Huo Yao blinked and shook her head firmly. "I don't think so."

Fang Ting scratched her head. "But I feel like I've seen you somewhere before."

While Fang Ting was deep in thought, Huo Tingrui glanced over. Instead of looking at Fang Ting, he noticed his little sister.

He even wondered why his sister had suddenly put on a mask.

Before long, Huo Tingrui walked over to Huo Yao.

Huo Yao quietly raised her hand to cover her forehead. She turned to Fang Ting and said, "I just remembered that I have something to attend to, so I'll make a move first."

Huo Yao's little sister sounded rather embarrassing.

"Oh, okay..." Fang Ting snapped out of her daze and looked at Huo Yao's back with a puzzled look on her face.
