Huo Yao's phone suddenly rang when she walked out of the school gates. She took it out and saw that it was a call from her grandmother. She answered it without hesitation.
"Hello, Grandma... Okay. I'll be there in a bit."
Huo Yao's eyes narrowed slightly after she hung up the phone. She walked to the roadside to hail a cab to the hospital.
Just as she walked over, a black car drove over and stopped in front of her. The window wound down, revealing Huo Tingrui's handsome and refined face.
Huo Yao tilted her head slightly to look at the man in the driver's seat. She was a little surprised. "Brother Tingrui?" She glanced at the logo on the steering wheel with a puzzled look on her face.
It was a BMW last time, and now it was a Mercedes-Benz.
The rumor that her brothers were lazy seemed to have been overturned once again.
Huo Tingrui did not notice his little sister looking at him. He raised his brow and said, "Get in. I'm taking you home today."
Huo Yao shook her head and said, "I'm not going home yet. I have to go to the hospital."
"The hospital?" Huo Tingrui was puzzled.
"My grandmother, who raised me, fell sick a few days ago. I'm going to visit her today," said Huo Yao frankly.
Huo Tingrui looked more serious. "Let me drive you there. You can visit her while you're at it."
Huo Yao contemplated before she did not reject him. She opened the car door and got in. Then she told him the address of the hospital.
Lu Xia could not help narrowing her eyes when she saw Huo Yao getting into the black Mercedes-Benz. She contemplated for a few seconds before she hurried over to the chauffeur that the Lu family sent to pick her up every day. She opened the car door and got in.
"Follow that black Mercedes-Benz," instructed the chauffeur.

Huo Yao and Huo Tingrui arrived at the hospital 20 minutes later.
Huo Tingrui felt that it was inappropriate to visit the patient empty-handed, so he asked Huo Yao to go to the ward first while he went to the nearby supermarket to buy some groceries.
Huo Yao went along with him since he insisted. Before long, she went upstairs.
The old lady was not the only one in the ward. One of the other two people was the attending doctor and the other was the hospital director.
The moment Huo Yao pushed the door open, Yang Qiuhua's face lit up with joy and excitement. "Yaoyao, you're here."
Huo Yao pursed her lips. There was a gentle look in her eyes. "Uh huh."
She walked over and casually placed her backpack on the chair next to her. She turned to look at the doctor and the hospital director. Her voice was neither fast nor slow, but there was a hint of doubt in it. "May I ask why you're looking for me?"
The attending doctor glanced at the director, then stood up and said politely, "It's like this. When we examined Mrs. Yang, we found that she was recovering very quickly. After asking, we found out that she had taken some other medicine."
Huo Yao's eyes flickered. She roughly knew what they wanted to ask.
"In the afternoon, I asked Old Madam Yang for some of the decoction. After studying it, I discovered that it seems to be very effective for the heart, so I wanted to ask you where you got it from, Miss Huo."
When the attending doctor asked this question, there was a hint of anticipation in his voice.
Huo Yao glanced at him. She picked up the fruit knife to peel the apple unhurriedly and replied calmly. "I'm sorry. A friend of mine made this. It's not for sale."
