Nhat Hanh and the others left the Lingtai Fangcun Mount and flew west.
The one who followed Qin Di the closest was not Miaosheng, but Master Hongyi, who was ranked 22nd.
He thought to himself, "Brother Hongyi, can I have your autograph?"
But then he thought about it. So what if he signed?
He couldn't go back to the Earth before he transmigrated. He didn't even have someone to show off to.
Could it be that he would take the autograph and show it to his female friends or his disciples? Both Miao Yunjuan and Fan Yao came from the Primordial World. There were no famous monks there. Who would know who Master Hongyi was?
Even the young people in the 21st century might not know Master Hongyi, let alone them.
Therefore, Qin Di let go of his admiration and said, "Senior Brother, when you are free, can you teach me the Dhyana Sanskrit? I am very interested in Buddhist music. "
Master Hongyi smiled and nodded. "Not a problem. The Buddhist Music requires cooperation. The more people who perform, the better the effect."
Qin Di was relieved. "Thank you for your guidance, Senior Martial Brother. I will ask for guidance again."
The Whirling World, where the Shakyamuni Buddha resided, overlapped with the central Xuanhuang planetary region. It was located in the Aparagodānīya Province. If one flew west from Patriarch Subhuti's Mount Soulheart, they would only need three months to reach it.
In the boundless void, there was a mysterious Buddhist Kingdom.
This Buddhist Kingdom was personally created by Sakyamuni Buddha himself. In the center of the kingdom was the Godly Mt. Xumi, built on the boundless sea. From afar, the entire Godly Mt. Xumi resembled a giant lotus, extending from the boundless blue sea to the sky. Layer by layer, petal by petal, it was hard to tell how tall and how deep it was.
The Godly Mount Xumi was 84,000 meters above the water. Surrounding it were the Seven Fragrant Sea, the Seven Gold Mountains, the Xian Sea, and the Tiewei Mountain. The Tiewei Mountain was like an outer city, forming an enclosed world. The Tiewei Mountain had a total of eight gates, each guarded by one of the eight groups of the Divine Dragon. They were the Heaven Horde, Dragon Horde, Yaksha, Granny Qianba, Asura, Garuda, Kinnara, and Maho Raja.
Following the nine senior brothers, Qin Di flew for three months and saw the Tiewei Mountain.
They bowed towards the guards of Tiewei Mountain before entering. The first thing they saw was Seven Fragrant Sea.
There are seven kinds of Buddha water in the Seven Fragrant Sea, which can make people forget their worries, get rid of worries, and isolate seven kinds of "suffering", which are respectively birth, aging, illness, death, resentment, separation from love, and unattainable suffering.
The Seven Fragrant Sea was opposite to the Nine Sufferings Sea on the Buddhist Burial Plateau in the Netherworld.
Only by experiencing the bitterness of the Netherworld's seawater would one know the sweetness of the Buddha Realm's Seven Fragrant Sea.
Qin Di came here and quietly asked Eldest Senior Brother Miaosheng, "Senior Brother, can I get some seawater from here?"
Miaosheng answered, "Yes, but the amount is limited, it can't exceed ten bushels."
Qin Di calculated and thought, "Ten liters is one bushel, ten bushels is one bushel, one bushel is a hundred liters, ten bushels is a thousand liters, exactly one cubic meter, equivalent to a cup of water, it's too little! I wonder if this little bit of Buddha water is enough for me to practice the Clairvoyance? Not to mention I still have a dozen Dinghai Pearls, they can't be refined with Buddha water. "
However, since Eldest Senior Brother said so, he had no choice but to follow the rules and take ten bushels of each of the seven kinds of Buddha water.
Then, he couldn't help but ask, "Senior Brother, why can't people take more seawater from here?"
Miaosheng answered, "Because the water in Seven Fragrant Sea is cultivated by the Buddhas, it's specially used for low-level cultivators to improve their power. Only disciples who contribute to Buddhism will be able to obtain more Buddha Water. "
Qin Di smiled and said, "So that's how it is. I thought it fell from the sky!"
Miaosheng frowned slightly, "Junior Brother, everything depends on cause and effect. Everything arises from fate and perishes from fate. My master, the Great Sand Sect, often says so. "
Qin Di could only put his palms together, "Thank you for your teachings, Senior Brother."
After Seven Fragrant Sea, it was the Seven Gold Mountains.
There were seven kinds of rare metals on the Seven Gold Mountains, each of which was said to be very precious, equivalent to divine-grade immortal gold. If one could gather 250 catties of it, one could refine a Buddha treasure!
Qin Di looked at it and couldn't help but feel envious, "Senior Brother, can I dig some Buddha gold back?"
Miaosheng looked at him and said indifferently, "Sure, but according to the rules, each person can only take 50 catties!"
Qin Di smiled, "50 catties is fine too!"
The other senior brothers shook their heads, Eighth Senior Brother Huaihai smiled bitterly, "Wu Chen! 50 catties of Buddha gold can't be refined into a Buddha treasure, what do you want it for? Don't embarrass Master. "
Qin Di smiled, "Senior Brother, don't blame me. I think Master won't mind. "
Huaihai didn't say anything else, he just sighed and turned to leave.
Huaihai was a Zen master of the Tang Dynasty, 'Wild Fox Zen' was a story that happened to him.
It was said that whenever this Zen master went to the hall to preach, there would always be an old man who followed the monks to listen.
One day, everyone left, except for the old man, who refused to leave.
The Zen master asked, "Who are you?"
The old man was very distressed, he answered, "I am not human. A long time ago, when Venerable Kasyapa was still alive, I was the abbot of the mountain. A student asked me if people with high cultivation would still fall into the law of cause and effect. I replied, 'I will not fall into the Law of Cause and Effect.' Because of that, I was punished to become a fox for five hundred lifetimes. Now, I ask for guidance from the Zen master to free myself from this fox body. "
The Zen master replied, "Don't be ignorant of cause and effect." This meant that everything has cause and effect, but don't be blinded by it.
The old man was enlightened, he bowed to the Zen master and said, "I have already freed myself from the wild fox body, I live on the other side of the mountain, please bury me according to the monk's etiquette."
The Zen master then announced that the funeral would be held after the meal.
Everyone was very surprised, because no one died in the temple.
After the meal, the Zen master brought them to the cave at the back of the mountain, where they found the wild fox's body and cremated it.
This was just a story, in fact, Zen Master Huaihai was an eminent monk, he came up with the 'Hundred Feet Pure Rule', which advocated 'one day without work, one day without food', which was still widely spread.
To Qin Di, he wasn't the most devout disciple of Buddhism, he was an exception among those who came to the Spirited Mountain Dharma Assembly, sometimes his awareness was very low.
He walked at the back and secretly took out seven types of Buddha Gold, each weighing 50 kilograms.
Because there weren't many of them, others couldn't use them to refine Buddha treasures, but Qin Di was a Ninth Stage Immortal Craftsman, he could integrate Buddha Gold into fairy weapons, even if he couldn't refine divine weapons, he could still improve the power of fairy weapons!
After passing the Seven Fragrant Sea and the Seven Gold Mountains, they arrived at the Godly Mt. Meru.
There were many peaks in the Godly Mt. Meru, one of them was called the Vulture Peak, which looked like a vulture. It was said that a great demon king was sealed inside.
Legend had it that a long time ago, Ananda used to practice here, and the demon king turned into a vulture and occupied a big rock in the night of the black moon, fluttering its wings and chirping to scare the venerable.
"I'm going to eat you, kaka, I'm going to eat you …"
Ananda was very afraid, so he couldn't meditate.
Seeing this, Buddha came to comfort him. He touched the stone wall first, then touched Ananda's head, and said with great compassion, "The transformation of the demon should not be afraid."
In other words, this is the transformation of the demon king, and it has been sealed by me, so there is nothing to be afraid of.
Ananda was comforted, so his body and mind were at peace.
The Vulture Peak, also known as the Spirited Mountain, was the place where the Spirited Mountain Dharma Assembly was held.
Qin Di came closer and saw bird tracks on the rocks, and caves in the cliff. Although it had been a long time, it was still safe today.
When did the Spirited Mountain Dharma Assembly ever end?
