Report

At six in the evening, Yingcheng High School was dismissed.

Gu Weiwei met Lui Chien-chien downstairs of the school building. Since she had gone to the bathroom, they waited together.

She turned on the phone that had been turned off for the entire afternoon and the moment she turned it on, many text messages came in.

One of them was from Fu Hancheng: [After school, come to the parking lot at Ziwu Road.]

The next few were from Fu Shiqin: [Mu Weiwei, come to the parking lot after school.]

[School has been over for ten minutes, what are you doing here?]

[Turn on your phone, call me back!]

….

Gu Weiwei frowned as she stared at the phone – what were these two brothers doing?

Didn't she say that she was going to teach Ji Cheng the piano and would not go home until the evening?

She was just about to reply to Fu Hancheng's text when Fu Shiqin called.

"Mu Weiwei, what took you so long? Come to the parking lot at Ziwu Road."

"I have an appointment with Qianqian to practice the piano, I am not going home now." Gu Weiwei said.

Having said these words, Fu Shiqin's call was answered by Fu Hancheng. His low voice sounded very intimidating.

"We are here, come over now."

"If you don't come over, I will drive to the school and pick you up." Fu Shiqin shouted.

Gu Weiwei gritted his teeth. "I am on my way."

Ji Cheng had just come home and said happily, "Let's go, I will treat you to some milk tea and then we can practice the piano."

"Cheng Cheng, I … may not be able to make it, I need to go home now." Gu Weiwei said apologetically.

She didn't know what those two people were up to, but they had inexplicably appeared near her school.

If she did not go, she would have no doubt that Fu Shiqin would drive to the school.

"Ah, I have an exam in a few days." Ji Cheng's face sank.

"If you practice according to yesterday's practice, you should be able to pass with that song." Before Gu Weiwei could finish his words, Fu Shiqin called him again.

She had no choice but to say goodbye to Ji Cheng and Lui Chien-chien in a hurry. She jogged out of the school and went to the nearest Ziwu Road. As expected, she saw Fu Hancheng's car parked there.

She looked around to make sure there were no other students around before she opened the car door and got in.

"What's the matter? Why must you come to my school?"

Fu Hancheng reached out to stroke her hair that was messed up by the wind and said in a warm voice.

"I have an important place to go."

"Where?"

Fu Hanzheng reached out for her hand and tightened his grip before she could pull it away.

"We'll be there soon."

Gu Weiwei felt an ominous premonition when the man looked at him with a strange and gentle gaze. He felt that they were going to a bad place.

Fu Shiqin played a song while driving. It was a very romantic song called Love.

Paradise.

"Aren't you on a business trip today?" Gu Weiwei stared strangely at the excited man in front of her.

"My brother has shown mercy, so I don't have to go." Fu Shiqin said and whistled happily.

Gu Weiwei looked sideways at Fu Hancheng, only to find that the man sitting next to her was looking at her.

His gaze was deep and gentle.

"Where … are we going?"

If it was their company's social event, a student like her would not be able to participate.

Just as she finished asking, Fu Shiqin stopped the car and said.

"We have arrived at the Civil Affairs Bureau."

"Civil Affairs Bureau?" Gu Weiwei looked out of the car window. It really was the Civil Affairs Bureau, "What are we doing here?"

"Getting married." Fu Hancheng said.

Gu Weiwei looked at him and then at Fu Shiqin, "Who's getting married?"
