Everyone gasped when they heard Mischievous's words. Sirius Black had broken into the castle and even tried to enter Gryffindor's common restroom.

It was terrifying. Fortunately, it was Halloween and no one was in the tower.

Professor Dumbledore asked all students to return to the hall immediately. To ensure safety, the instructors would conduct a thorough search of the castle. Elwyn hurried downstairs with the others. Everyone was discussing what had just happened in a low voice.

"Do you think Blake is still in the castle?" Hermione asked anxiously in a low voice.

"Judging from Dumbledore's tone, he obviously thinks so," Ron replied in a low voice. "If you ask me, we're really lucky that he picked tonight to come."

"Yeah!" Corin nodded uneasily. He looked around nervously as if Blake was hiding in a corner, ready to pounce at any time.

"I'm guessing he's lost his mind because he's been on the run. He didn't expect today to be Halloween, or else he wouldn't have barged in."

Everyone agreed with Ron's words. Other than that, everyone was asking the same question: How did he get in?

"Maybe he knows how to go invisible?!"

"That's impossible. If you've read the book 'A History of the Hogwarts', you'll know that this castle is protected by more than just walls." Hermione said quickly. "The castle is also enchanted to prevent outsiders from sneaking in. He can't get in just by going invisible. Besides, I want to see what kind of disguise can fool those Dementors. These guys are guarding every entrance. If he flies in, they'll see him. Filch knows all the secret passages. They'll seal them all! "

"Who knows? After all, it's Sirius Blake, a Dark Wizard whose strength is second only to the Unknowns." Ron wrinkled his nose anxiously as he stared at the female bathroom at the end of the corridor on the third floor. He recalled the nightmarish experience from last semester.

At the mention of Lord Voldemort, the crowd was silent for three whole seconds. No one said a word. Everyone walked through the dim corridor on the third floor in silence.

Harry's face was pale as he followed behind Ron. There was not a single trace of blood on his face. Blake must have broken into the castle to kill him. This feeling was really terrible.

"Let's be happy. No matter what tricks Blake played to sneak into the castle, he will definitely be discovered by Dumbledore. What do you think, Elwyn?"

"Maybe!" Elwyn said perfunctorily.

He stared blankly at the narrow window on the left side of the corridor. His gaze fell on the lawn outside the castle. There was a huge black dog covered in coarse fur. It was Sirius Black! Not far from Blake was a ginger Mount Crook. They were sneaking across the lawn.

As if sensing something, Blake suddenly turned around and looked in this direction.

The next second, following Elwyn's gaze, Harry also saw the two creatures on the lawn. He rushed to the window and widened his eyes.

"Quick, look outside. Did you see something? That big black dog?"

"Harry, did you see something ominous again?!" Ron came over uneasily. He mumbled vaguely, "It seems to be that damn cat!"

"You mean Mount Crook!" Hermione also came over and said worriedly, "What is Mount Crook doing outside the castle? Blake might be in school."

"Please, Hermione. Blake would not kill a cat. He entered the castle for …" Ron suddenly stopped and looked at Harry nervously.

Harry did not seem to understand what he meant. He said anxiously, "That dog, it was just beside Mount Crook. Did none of you see it?"

"It was so dark outside. You might have seen it wrong. Maybe it was just a tree or a rock." Ron swallowed. He saw that the others were staring at them.

"That's impossible. Elwyn, did you see it too?!"

Elwyn did not reply. He secretly calculated the distance between this place and the lawn outside.

As long as he was fast enough, he could still make it if he went down from here. Maybe this was a good opportunity to make contact with the other party.

"You guys go first. I need to go to the toilet!" Elwyn said hurriedly.

Under the surprised gaze of the others, he turned into another corridor and ran in the direction of the castle gate.

When he was sure that there was no one around, he said softly, "Animagus!"

As soon as he said that, Elwyn's body quickly turned into a black cat. He passed through the deep marble foyer as fast as he could and slipped out of the castle without a sound.

The cold wind of the night hit him in the face. Elwyn shivered.

Tonight, Hogwarts Castle looked especially gloomy. Under the dim moonlight, the strangely shaped statues on the field revealed a bit of eeriness. A few bats glided by at low altitude, and from time to time, the eerie cry of owls could be heard.

Around the distant wall, the figures of the Soul Catchers were faintly discernible. The land there was already barren, and all the plants were gradually withering and dying.

It was impossible for Blake to go in the direction of the wall. Elwyn hurriedly turned his head to look in the direction of the Forbidden Forest. With the help of the moonlight, he saw that Blake had turned into a big dog and Mount Crook were disappearing into the huge shadow of the Forbidden Forest. Elwyn hurriedly chased after them.

Just as he entered the shadow, a figure suddenly jumped out from behind a tree.

It was a sudden attack!!!

Elwyn felt a hot breath coming from the opposite side. He looked up and saw that Sirius Black had turned into a big dog, baring his inch-long teeth and fiercely pouncing at him. There was a thud, and Blake was on top of him with a powerful impact.

Elwyn fell down. His body rolled backward on the lawn until he hit a big tree.

He was dizzy and felt as if his ribs were broken.

He wanted to stand up, but Blake did not give him a chance. He bared his fangs and stared fiercely at Elwyn. With a soft howl, he pounced again.

Seeing the huge figure approaching, Elwyn hurriedly removed the Animagus transformation. As his body returned to its original form, he pulled out the wand from his waist with his right hand.

The tip of the wand emitted a red light and hit Sirius Black.

Blake flew backward and landed in a patch of grass, letting out a pained howl.

"Enough, don't try to attack me again. Otherwise, it won't be a barrier spell next time!" Elwyn wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and struggled to stand up with his left hand on the tree trunk.

He panted heavily. Opposite him, Blake was also panting heavily.

For a full three seconds, neither of them spoke. The atmosphere was terrible.

Elwyn saw that Blake's eyes flashed crazily in the darkness. He stared closely at the wand in his hand. His muscles were tense, and he bared his fangs in an attacking posture, like a fierce beast choosing its prey.

"Listen, I mean no harm. I know who you are and why you're here!" Elwyn pointed his wand at Blake carefully. "I just want to talk to you, about my friends Harry and Ron."

Before he could finish his words, the sound of hurried footsteps approached from afar.

Elwyn hurriedly turned his head and saw a dazzling light. He squinted his eyes, and after a while, he saw that it was Professor Lupin.

"Professor Lupin?!"

"It's you, Elwyn! I heard a sound when I was checking the owl room. What happened here? Why are you outside the castle? " Lupin looked at Elwyn in surprise and said in a concerned tone, "Sirius Black just broke into the castle. It's dangerous here. Dumbledore asked all students to gather in the hall."

"I, I..."

Elwyn did not know how to answer. Should he tell him that he came out to have a pleasant meeting with Blake?

Although Lupin and Sirius Blake were close friends when they were students, would he believe that Blake was wronged before the truth came to light?!

Elwyn shook his head. Without concrete evidence, with Lupin's character, even if he believed that Blake was innocent, the first thing he would do would be to tie up his former best friend and send him to see Dumbledore.

Then, they would go after Peter.

If everything went well, it would be fine! If Peter escaped, Blake would be sent to the Dementors before tomorrow, and what awaited him would be a kiss.
