Elwyn looked up and found himself in a crowded waiting room.

Rows of witches and witches sat on wobbly wooden chairs. Some looked normal, reading old issues of the Witch Weekly. Others had horrible deformities, like elephant trunks or extra hands on their chests.

The inside of the hospital was not much quieter than the noisy Muggle streets of the Living Earth. Many patients kept making strange noises.

In the middle of the front row, a sweating witch was fanning a copy of the Daily Prophet, making shrill whistles and blowing steam. In the corner, an unkempt wizard clanged like a bell every time he moved. Every time his head shook, he had to grab his ears to steady it.

Elwyn, Harry and Hermione looked around curiously. They felt that their eyes were not enough.

In addition to normal diseases, there were almost all kinds of curses and black magic patients. There were all kinds of reactions.

A group of wizards and witches in green robes hurried through the corridor on the side, asking about the situation of the patients. The badge embroidered on their chests was a cross formed by a wand and a bone.

"Look at those people. Are they doctors?" Harry asked in a low voice.

"That's what Muggle Hospital calls them. They're called Healers here." Hermione replied, "You have to do very well on the Advanced Wizard Level Examination to get into this profession. As far as I know, you have to at least get a certificate in Potionology, Herbology, Transfiguration, Incantation and Defense Against Black Magic. "

"Oh, Potionology. Then I don't think I have a chance. Snape won't let me pass!" Harry said, "But you'll be fine, Hermione!"

"But I don't want to be a Healer. It's a job with a lot of responsibility." Hermione looked up at Elwyn, who was not far away, and said in a low voice, "Compared to being a Healer, I prefer being a newspaper editor."

"Yeah, I forgot!" Seeing Hermione's expression, Harry smiled knowingly. "You will definitely run the newspaper with Elwyn."

Seeing Harry's expression, Hermione blushed and nodded embarrassedly.

While Harry and Hermione were chatting, Elwyn and Lupin were queuing up in front of the consultation counter. In front of them was a chubby blonde witch. The wall behind her was covered with notices and posters, such as a clean crucible to prevent magic potions from turning into poison, antidotes not to be used indiscriminately, approved by a qualified healer, and so on.

Beside the counter, there was also a large portrait of a witch with long silver curls. It was labeled: Darius Derwent, St. Mungo's Healer (1722 – 1741), Headmistress of Hogwarts School of Magic and Magic (1741 – 1768).

As the most famous headmistress, she had a high reputation in history, and there were portraits of her on many important occasions.

Derwent was a very amiable person. When they met her in the school corridor, she would always say hello to the students and help the new students find their way.

She was now carefully looking at the people in front of the counter, as if she was counting the number of people.

When she saw Elwyn's gaze, she blinked slightly. "Hello, Elwyn Mason, nice to see you outside the school!"

Derwent said hello, walked out of the picture frame from the side, and disappeared.

At the front of the queue, a young wizard was doing a strange kind of jig, crying out in pain while trying to explain his predicament to the witch behind the desk.

"That's, my brother gave me a shoe. Ouch, it's biting my foot. Look here, there must be some kind of spell on it. I-I can't take it off!" He took turns jumping with both feet, as if he was dancing on hot coals.

"The shoe didn't stop you from reading, did it?" The blonde witch impatiently pointed to a big sign at the side and said, "Go to the Spell Damage Department on the fifth floor, next!"

The wizard jumped and limped to the side, and Elwyn hurriedly moved a few steps forward.

His attention shifted to the sign that the witch had just pointed to, and he read the words on it: Artifact Accident Department, first floor (crucible explosion, wand misfire, broom collision, etc.); Biological Damage Department, second floor (stings, burns, stings, etc.); Strange Germs and Infections Department, third floor (draconic pox, amnesia, lymphatic fungitis, etc.); Potions and Plant Toxicology Department, fourth floor (rashes, nausea, laughter, etc.); Spell Damage Department, fifth floor (unremovable spells, misused spells, etc.); Tea Room and Shop, sixth floor.

If you don't know which department to go to, can't speak normally, or can't remember why you're here, our receptionist is willing to help.

"Ron is under the Soul Snatch Curse, we should go to the fifth floor!"

As Elwyn read the sign, Lupin walked to the table and said gently, "Hello, we're here to visit Ron Weasley. May I know his room number?"

"Ron Weasley?!" The witch ran her finger down a long list and said, "Oh, I found him. He was sent from Hogwarts a week before Christmas. You have to go to the fifth floor, listen to the second room on the right!"

"Thank you!"

Everyone followed Lupin through the double doors and walked down a narrow corridor.

Portraits of famous healers lined both sides of the corridor, and crystal bubbles with candles floated on the ceiling, looking like giant soap bubbles.

Wizards in green robes walked in and out of each door. A yellow stench floated out of one door, and from time to time, they could hear faint wails.

They went up the stairs, as if they had climbed four floors, and entered the Curse Injury Department.

Before they could search for Ron, they heard the voices of the Weasley family. Lady Weasley was throwing a tantrum, accusing Fred and George of making a cheap joke.

"Ron is recovering, can't you two be more honest?"

Lady Weasley suddenly stopped, and she looked at Elwyn and the other four in surprise.

The next second, Lady Weasley hurried over and hugged Elwyn, Harry, and Hermione in her arms, and thanked them with red eyes for helping Ron at school.

Elwyn raised his head in embarrassment, and he saw Fred and George winking at him with cheerful smiles on their faces.

Behind them, Percy held a book in his hand, and walked over with a serious look on his face.

Ginny was sitting on a chair in front of the bed. She nodded as a greeting, and looked at Harry with a blushing face.

Beside her, Ron, who was lying in front of the bed, also sat up, and looked at the three of them excitedly. He looked happy and a little embarrassed at the same time.

The Weasley family was exactly the same as usual, nothing had changed.

"Although you said it before, I didn't expect you to come back today. After all, Christmas just ended!" Lady Weasley said gratefully, "Arthur just left. Because of Peter, the department is in a mess."

After hugging Elwyn, Harry, and Hermione, she stood up and greeted Sirius and Lupin.

It seemed that she and Sirius knew each other, and were very familiar with each other.

After a brief introduction, Harry hurriedly asked about Ron's recovery.

"I'm basically fine. The therapist just came over to check on me and said that I can be discharged after a few days of observation!" Ron patted his chest, indicating that he was very healthy.

Then, he noticed the little owl that had been flying around in the cage since he entered the ward. He looked at Sirius suspiciously.

"This is a gift for you. After all, I was the one who caused you to lose that rat," Sirius explained.

"This owl is a gift for me. I can't believe it. This is the best gift I've ever received!" Ron took the cage and looked at the owl happily. He then raised his head and said embarrassedly, "You didn't have to do this. I … I was really out of my mind at that time. I actually doubted you and helped Scabby."

"This isn't yours, Ron!" Harry said hurriedly. "You also broke free from the control of the Soul Snatch Curse at the last moment."

Sirius and Lupin also hurriedly tried to mediate and expressed that they had forgiven Ron for what he had done.

"Who would have thought that Peter the Dwarf was an Animagus? He hid it so well!" Fred said.

"Yeah, until now, I still can't believe that Scabby was Peter the Dwarf!" George said. "It's hard to believe that he actually lived in our house for more than ten years."

Hearing his words, Lady Weasley and Percy both had a look of lingering fear on their faces. It was scary enough just thinking about it.
