Deep inside the black sun, Wuying Qi's infuriated roars came over. His roars turned into overwhelming tides that extinguished a lot of the flames of the red star. The red star was even infected with shocking black spots, in which Wuying Qi's hideous will was condensed. "Division and chaos are the greatest enemies of the civilization of mankind. Only by gathering everybody's thoughts and uniting all human beings can we go further in the dark universe. This is my belief. Anyone who dares to stop me will be an enemy of the Imperium, the civilization, and mankind!"

Li Yao really made the red star simulate a cluster of scorching magma and spat it at Wuying Qi's soul brutally as saliva. "Open all knowledge and information, ensure that everybody has the ability to think about themselves and the future of the civilization independently, listen to the voices of the majority, understand their needs, and extract the greatest common denominator of what everybody wants and feels on that basis. That is the only way to 'gather everybody's thoughts'. No matter how you claim that you are different from the people of the Holy League, how can the severe trauma on the cerebral cortex not involve the twisted thinking abilities and even feelings? Wuying Qi chuckled in a low voice. "Those who achieve great things do not bother about trifles. Even the greatest price can't be greater than the survival of the civilization of mankind. As long as the civilization of mankind can survive, any law can be trampled on, any morality can be shattered, and any price should be paid. Everybody must be sacrificed!
"Remember. Always remember the axiom of the universe. Survival is the first and most important need of a civilization!"
"F * ck your axiom of the universe."
Li Yao said coldly, "A long time ago, I also regarded survival as the first, if not the only, need of a civilization.
"However, after countless competitions of beliefs and watching the ambitious schemers regard the saying as a fig leaf, I gradually changed my opinion.
"Survival is the primary need of cockroaches, rats, hyenas, and wolves, but survival should never be the primary need of a civilization!
"If a civilization only exists for the sake of survival, is it any different from cockroaches, rats, hyenas, and wolves? How can it be shameless enough to call itself a civilization instead of just a collection of selfish genes?
"What is the definition of a civilization? Splendid buildings, powerful weapons, a highly-precise social structure, a long history … Does it count as a 'civilization' if it only has those? At the very least, the Pangu Alliance of Civilizations doesn't think so. They proposed their own definition. Only when one has the ability to destroy oneself can it count as a real civilization.
