Report

Zhang Tie's group moved very slowly.

Each morning, before daybreak, Liu Xing's group would leave the airboat in two squads and search for bloody figures along the designated route by Zhang Tie. After discovering them, they would kill them on the spot and bring their heads back.

The designated route by Zhang Tie was about 200 miles a day, which was basically in the wild and unpopulated places far away from cities. Sometimes, they even had to cross mountains and cross rivers. Even though they had brought all kinds of tools, it was still not easy for them; especially when they had to search the surrounding environment in case of being raided by bloody figures. If they discovered bloody figures, they had to kill them. This route was a tough challenge for them. The highest level was only LV 9.

Therefore, although Liu Xing's group left very early every day, it was always dark when they returned to the landing point of their airboat.

When they left the airboat, Zhang Tie only allowed them to take weapons, empty kettles, ropes and distress signal flares. They were not allowed to take anything else, including medicaments. On the way in the daytime, they had to find food and fill their stomachs. Of course, after returning to the airboat, they could eat whatever they wanted.

On the first day after leaving Xingyu City, Liu Xing's group spent 15 hours on the way. When they returned to the airboat, it was already past 1 am. Everybody was pretty fatigued. Some female disciples looked embarrassed as their clothes were torn in many places. Zhang Chengxu and Zhang Chengze were carried back by Liu Xing's group on stretchers made of twigs.

As the two weakest and youngest disciples among all the disciples of Zhang Tie, Zhang Chengxu and Zhang Chengze had reached their physical limit after marching 120 miles in the wild. One of them passed out; the other started to spasm and vomit all over his body. Therefore, the others could only carry them back by stretchers in turns.

When Zhang Tie came back one day, those female disciples and Zhang Chengxu and Zhang Chengze were all crying in their own cabins. The others didn't know that they were crying; however, as long as Zhang Tie wanted to know it, he would know it.

After resting for less than 6 hours on the airboat, all of them had set off at about 7 am on the next morning. Even Zhang Chengxu and Zhang Chengze didn't have any preferential treatment; instead, they just followed the team.

On the second day, Liu Xing's group returned to Iron-Dragon Airboat after 1 am. Being different than that on the first day, they brought back the heads of three bloody figures.

On the route that Zhang Tie selected, Liu Xing's group encountered some bloody figures in the wild for the first time. Unsurprisingly, those bloody figures were killed by Liu Xing's group.

Zhang Tie felt that these bloody figures were as disgusting as demonized puppets. He didn't want to pollute the air with these bloody figures on the airboat. Additionally, in order to ease the movement of Liu Xing's group, Liu Xing's group directly brought back the heads of the bloody figures.

After bringing back the heads of three bloody figures, Zhang Tie distributed 6 vials of all-purpose medicament as a reward.

After the 6 vials of all-purpose medicament were distributed, all the 121 disciples of Zhang Tie became spirited.

In normal times, it was hard to see the effect of all-purpose medicament. Only in such a tough situation, those vials of all-purpose medicament could bring a great effect to a team at the critical moment. Those who couldn't stand it could walk further and those who were slightly wounded could recover rapidly. As a result, the overall movement efficiency of the team could be improved.

The fact proved that the method that Zhang Tie chose for his disciples was very effective.

Only a week later, the 121 people who were not familiar with each other gradually became like fellow disciples and became a whole. Many people also changed from calling each other by their names at the beginning to calling each other by "Senior Brother XX", "Junior Brother XX", "Senior Sister XX", "Junior Sister XX", and so on. All the forms of address were filled with a sense of intimacy.

Besides Liu Xing who was the first disciple of Iron-Dragon Airboat, all the others were ranked according to their ages. Of course, the elder ones were senior fellow apprentice and senior sister apprentice; the younger ones were junior fellow apprentice and junior sister apprentice. Zhang Tie didn't worry about the seniority of these disciples. After 1 week of adaptation, they had figured out the seniority of each other.

Zhang Chengxu, Zhang Chengze and some female disciples who used to cry in their rooms at night didn't cry anymore. The two teams left the airboat at the same time in the morning; however, they came back earlier and earlier in the evening from 1 am to 12 am and 11 pm.

After experiencing the hardships at the beginning, the two teams became more and more spirited. All of them gradually treated the daily arduous march and hunting bloody figures as an interesting and dangerous game. The reward of the game was to exchange the heads of bloody figures for all-purpose medicament. The more all-purpose medicament they had, the more relaxed and active the teams would be in the march. Additionally, the teams would be more enthusiastic to hunt bloody figures.

In the process of marching and fighting bloody figures, some disciples were a bit injured. If these injured people couldn't move, they would leave the team temporarily after returning to Iron-Dragon Airboat. After recuperating in Iron-Dragon Airboat for a couple of days, they would join the team again. As long as these injured people basically recovered and didn't affect their movement, they would not want to stay in the airboat anymore; instead, they would rush to join the team.

Through battles with bloody figures, they had chances to communicate with each other and improve their battle skills. After experiencing the tempering in the Earth-elements Realm, Liu Xing and the other disciples of Iron-Dragon Airboat had rich battle experience; those disciples from major clans had chances to learn various battle skills since they were young. Many of their clans had many secret battle skills. Therefore, they had a broad vision. Therefore, they could promote each other and learn from each other's strong points. As a result, everybody's battle experience and battle skills gradually improved.

When Liu Xing and the other disciples of Iron-Dragon Airboat returned to the airboat every day, they would be too tired after having supper. Therefore, they hurriedly went to bed so as to prepare for the next day. As Liu Xing and the other disciples of Iron-Dragon Airboat returned to the airboat earlier and earlier, after having supper, they would start to review and learn today's gains and losses and experiences. When they were spirited, some LV 9 disciples would even simulate the battle in the open space of the airboat. They would play the bloody figures that they had met today while playing themselves. They would slow down their movements and simulate the battle scene together, such as how to avoid this strike, how to kill the opponent as fast as possible, how to coordinate with each other, how to break the opponent's coordination, how to defeat the opponent with fewer people, how to bully the opponent with more people, etc...

In such a communication, they would make great achievements each time. Therefore, they were spirited.

In the first three days when Liu Xing and the other disciples of Iron-Dragon Airboat returned to the airboat and started to review and summarize their daily battle experiences, Zhang Tie just observed them attentively. After observing them for three days, Zhang Tie found that such a summary and exchange of battle experiences was very good. In such a summary, everyone was studying, reflecting, exchanging and improving. One person's experience would soon become a lot of people's experience; one person's improvement would soon become a lot of people's improvement. Therefore, on the 4th day, Zhang Tie told Liu Xing and the other disciples to go to the training ground of the airboat after supper in the canteen and hold a daily battle summary meeting in the training ground. Meanwhile, Zhang Tie also attended them and gave them instructions on the spot.

Zhang Tie's battle skills were honed by thousands of times in trouble-reappearance situations. In reality, Zhang Tie had experienced numerous cruel battles. Based on Zhang Tie's current battle strength as an earth knight, only one sentence from Zhang Tie could benefit Liu Xing and the others a lot.

When giving instructions to Liu Xing and the other knights, in order to let them have a more intuitive experience, Zhang Tie always abandoned his identity and demeanor as an earth knight and directly limited his battle strength to that of a LV 9 fighter like that of Liu Xing and the other knights so that they could have a more intuitive experience.

After Zhang Tie joined them, all the disciples' morale surged once again. Each day, they would be spirited and spirited when they left the airboat so as to have a chance to exchange with Zhang Tie when they came back.

None of Zhang Tie's disciples was stupid. Everybody knew that such a rare opportunity was very rare. Very few people could be taught by an earth knight at the level of LV 9 across Taixia Country.

In Zhang Tie's heart, Liu Xing and the other disciples were almost as young as him. As they were at the same age, they had a lot of common topics. Therefore, Zhang Tie didn't put himself in a high position; instead, he communicated with them on an equal footing without any obstacle.

In a drill, Zhang Tie fought 20 LV 9 disciples alone in the training ground with the battle strength of a common LV 9 fighter. Facing the besiege of 20 LV 9 disciples, Zhang Tie "counter-killed" the 20 disciples while remaining safe and sound. This result shocked everybody else. It was Zhang Tie's disciples' first time to witness the "extremely brilliant battle skills that were as brilliant as stars"...

However, Zhang Tie didn't know that his equal mentality and attitude had moved his disciples a lot. After putting down his arrogance, Zhang Tie gained more awe and respect from them. After Zhang Tie demonstrated his extreme battle skills, some female disciples' eyes sparkled like stars at any time …

When Liu Xing and the other disciples went out to hunt and kill scattered bloody figures every day, Zhang Tie didn't stay idle on the airboat either; instead, he was studying a secret knowledge that Bai Suxian brought to him.

The name of that secret knowledge was "Brightness Enlightenment Sutra"...

The appearance of this secret knowledge solved a big problem in Zhang Tie's mind … (To be continued)
