Inside the Ruins of Divinity —
Outside the damaged city, a figure was quietly approaching with a little skeleton by his side. The little skeleton was sneakily looking around and probing ahead.
Those zombies have different combat abilities. The ones in armor seem to be the city guards; they're all Star Lords. The other zombies are mostly in the Star State. I don't see any Fate State zombies. They're probably too weak to resist the weird power and have been corrupted.
Su Ping had gained a lot of experience after hunting more than thirty zombies in a row.
He soon found his way into the city and asked the Little Skeleton to lead the way and lure the zombies.
The city was desolate and full of ruins after the war. Su Ping noticed that some of the buildings were also occupied by zombies. The zombies in those buildings were the most dangerous and hard to detect. They didn't carry the aura of living creatures; they were just inanimate objects, like buildings, rocks and flowers.
"Blood!"
Su Ping was very experienced in hunting; he had found a way to hunt them easily. While the zombies were dangerous, they were even less intelligent than wild beasts; it wasn't hard to hunt them.
Find something that attracted them and lure them into a trap. That was the most primitive hunting method; it was simple but effective.
Su Ping smeared his blood on the skeleton soldiers summoned by the Little Skeleton. The Little Skeleton soldiers wobbled forward. The zombies in the buildings were immediately attracted and they flashed to the Little Skeleton soldiers that were wobbling forward, smashing them into pieces.
However, another skeleton walked out in the next moment; it carried the aura that Su Ping deliberately released.
The zombies flashed again and killed it.
The skeleton soldiers crawled out and dragged the zombies out. When they reached an area where there were no zombies, Su Ping simply showed up and pulled them into deeper spaces to kill them.
Su Ping's Divine Cores were quickly increasing as he hunted.
This area of the city was gradually being cleared out.
The area where Su Ping had invaded was a semicircle that radiated toward the city. A lot of zombies were attracted and destroyed.

Su Ping was suddenly alarmed when he reached the city center; he saw a zombie standing on the top of a dilapidated building not far away.
The zombie's armor was broken; it stood there quietly, as if it had been there for thousands of years.
The zombie gave off a horrifying sense of danger. Su Ping felt goosebumps all over his body. He couldn't help but narrow his eyes and quickly step back.
That zombie was definitely horrifying; it was probably an Ascendant State zombie.
Even without the Ascendant State technique, its own strength was enough to crush him instantly.
Su Ping bypassed the zombie and continued exploring other places. He didn't try to test the zombie's combat ability; it was unnecessary. It was Reality; he would have plenty of chances to fight Ascendant State creatures after he returned to the cultivation sites.

Su Ping hunted more than twenty Divine Cores in the river zone without attracting anything else. He flew across the river and kept moving forward, looking for zombies.
Time passed quickly.
Su Ping soon encountered another city after the river. Those cities were next to each other and were also dilapidated. Su Ping cleaned them up carefully too.
Su Ping didn't dare to be careless, having seen the horrifying zombies earlier. After all, he would have to rely on the Soul Divine Armor that his master had given him to survive if he alarmed an Ascendant State zombie.

All of a sudden, he saw the zombie move while he was retreating. But the zombie didn't teleport to him. Instead, it slowly turned around and faced Su Ping.
Su Ping saw the zombie's face; it was dirty and dusty, but much cleaner than the other zombies. There were two fatal holes in its throat, chest, and heart.
On his forehead, there was a divine imprint that was extremely hot and was emitting intense light.
Su Ping saw her face; it was so beautiful that it couldn't have been covered in dust; it was impeccable.
However, her face was numb and lifeless.
"Huh?"
