The history of the Primordial realm.

Before Mercury died, it had left Lin with a crystal, which contained the history of the Primordial realm.
In short, the Primordial realm was only an organisation formed by creatures that had broken away from two different civilizations. Later on, the organisation grew larger and larger, gathering creatures from various civilizations, forming a tremendous organisation that controlled all the civilizations in the Mirror World.
The organisation was actually no different from regular creatures. The members lived normal lives. They liked to enjoy themselves and entertain themselves.
